These OXO containers have been my go to for years for storing my baking supplies. Like all containers with pop ups, you have to be gentle with the pop ups - not smashing them down to get them to pop up. The airtight is a sealed deal for me (no pun intended). My flour and oatmeal stay fresh in their respective containers. I love the varying sizes and they are stackable and easy to label. Easy to clean in dishwasher or for hand washing. This container has a unique sealing system not obvious in most photos. I small bladder in the top is pressurized by a button, in order to create a completely airtight seal. It is a fussy design, but very well executed. The container is also very heavy duty, and of compact dimensions.

Love these POP containers and love this size. We use this to store our counter rice. It's a great size and lasts us a good couple of weeks before we need to refill it with another rice load. The air tight storage works great!

We like to keep several types of pasta handy (usually spaghetti, fettuccine, and angel hair pasta), and these allow us to keep enough on hand to be confident that we'll have enough for any meal we might prepare, while simultaneously keeping it fresh. We used to keep our pasta in the original boxes from the store. The problem was that we never knew how much was left unless we reached in and pulled out the box in question. And then sometimes the pasta would come spilling out (do the people who make those boxes really think that they'll stay closed once opened, or do they secretly delight in knowing that households everywhere accidentally spill large quantities of pasta on a regular basis?) And of course many times we discovered that we didn't have as much pasta left as we had believed, so we had to change dinner plans. Now we simply open the pantry door, look through the clear container, and immediately assess whether we have what we need. And these containers are stackable, so we can get more of them on the pantry shelf and yet still are able to see what we have, and in what quantity.
