If you print engineering filaments like ABS, ASA, or PC in a home office or workshop, the BIQU Panda Breath is easily one of the best quality-of-life upgrades you can buy for your Bambu Lab printer. The stock Bambu carbon filter is decent for mild smells, but it struggles with heavy VOCs and constantly vents warm air out of the enclosure. The Panda Breath fixes both issues completely. What Works Great: • Noticeable Odor & VOC Reduction: The dual HEPA and activated carbon setup works dramatically better than the stock filter. Printing high-temp materials used to leave a strong chemical smell in the room, but with this running, the air stays clear and odor-free. • Maintains Chamber Heat: Because it recirculates air inside the enclosure instead of dumping it out, chamber temperatures stay higher and more stable. This is a game-changer for preventing warping on long ABS/ASA prints. • Easy, Clean Installation: Mounting is straightforward and fits like a native part of the printer. Cable management is neat, and it doesn't interfere with the print bed or toolhead travel on the X1C. • Great Build Quality: Solid plastic housing, strong magnetic retention, and well-designed filter cartridges that are easy to swap out when needed. Things to Keep in Mind: • Added Noise: The fan does add a small amount of extra noise to your print setup, though it’s a fair trade-off for clean air and better ambient chamber temps. • Filter Replacements: You will need to keep spare replacement filter packs on hand if you print heavy volumes of off-gassing filaments. If you stick strictly to PLA, PETG, or TPU with the glass top lifted, the stock set-up is fine. Reliable, automated and wireless way to heat x1c chamber. It's a must have when printing high temp materials. I canolnot believe i was reluctant to buy this. The device connects to the printer to get an accurate reading of the state and temperature of the printer. It's worth the money. The device is simply built and full metal. I would highly recommend this product. So far I really like the panda breath. I got it mainly for the filament drying option. I know its not optimal. My wife and I share a room in an apartment to do our crafts and there's not much room for a dedicated filament dryer. I don't use engendering grade filament but most filament manufactures recommend drying prier to use. I've only had it a couple weeks mounted in a CC1 but this thing will maintain a chamber temp up to 60c for as long as you want. The two things I would like to see is 1. chamber humidity shown in the UI and add to cycle power to the unit after a firmware update. I've used a few Big tree and Biqu products and have never been disappointed. This thing just works. ... show more

Great unit keeps a snapmaker artisan enclosure at 50C with the bed at 80C and even higher on longer prints making ASA and PA6 prints possible.

    • Caution on mounting
Wanted to use it on a P1S and when I read the installation instructions, the unit is quite large and it requires printing an entire riser assembly off github. I already have a pivoting/tilting AMS bracket for the top of the printer so I ended up returning the PandaBreath.
