Stout and opens well for code or fingerprint. Two guns fit, not sure three would.
I was surprised at how heavy duty this gun safe is. The manufacturing and materials look top notch. The fingerprint reader works well and quickly. It won't open for any of the rest of my fingerprints. The push button code is a nice backup/alternative to the fingerprint reader and works well. You can turns the sound off for both locks so no beeps if you don't want them. It took one full-sized and one compact handguns with an extra mag for each and that took a bit of finagling, no extra space for this particular load. This safe totally met my needs and is well thought through and well made.

Good pistol safe, responsive fingerprint reader
The reason why I bought this gun safe is I want something to hold my pistols on my bedside. The price and size fit the bill wonderfully. First thing I noticed upon opening the box is there is quite a bit of heft to it, and that's a good thing. It is made out of carbon steel so it's literally unbreakable. Like every other men in the world, I hate reading the manual, but I was able to program my fingerprint without having to refer to the manual. It is very straightforward, but to set up the passcode, I probably will read the manual, just to find out how many digits the passcode needs to be. For now, the fingerprint function will suffice for me, and it is very responsive. I have no idea how long the 4 batteries will last so I will find out later.

Excellent Door and Battery Life
I have been using this for over a year. I love the quick and easy access to what I need when I need it. The battery has not needed to be changed in over a year and the biometric reader is spot on. I really like the weight of the box, it does not slide around when you reach for it. Great buy and great performance leads to a great experience.

Not bad for the price with a few hiccups
It’s built solid. Three ways to get in. Key. Code. Fingerprint. I recommend buying it if you’re looking for something affordable, well made and safe. I have a few criticisms. One: The lid has a little bit of play when shut. I can push on the top of the safe and hear the latch rattle. Not a big deal. Two: The foam padding is not thick enough to secure the gun from moving around in the safe. In a m gun case, the foam prevents it from moving. I would suggest buying additional foam and gluing it on the top of the lid to secure the weapon. If you don’t and move the safe around, it’s possible to scratch your weapon. 3: The biometric doesn’t always read the first time and you have to make sure you get most of your fingertip on it. That could be problematic, because you’ll get locked out after four tries. Other than these few criticisms, it’s solid built and works well. Highly recommended for the price with a few additions of foam, it’s near perfect.

Color: Digital & Frosted Black
My husband has had this fir about a year and a half. It is bedside and serves its purpose. He set it up easy and I believe it is on the same set of batteries we originally put it in. I might get another one.

DANGER!! DO NOT BUY!!
The media could not be loaded. Biometrics do not work properly. I always spend time reading the manuals and getting things right. The product only allows a total of four fingerprints, so after setting two prints for me and two for my wife, this is what is happening. NOT REGISTERED FINGERPRINTS 1. The box would unlock with ANY fingerprint, we set up only index fingerprints, but it is unlocking with any of the other fingers. And this happens randomly. It will sometimes unlock and sometimes won't, but all of these tests were done with fingers that were not registered in the set up. REGISTERED FINGERPRINTS 2. It will not open with the registered fingerprints and after 4 tries with all of our registered fingerprints, it locked us out completely. 3. As you can see in the video, you would be lucky if it unlocks for you in an emergency situation, but it is likely that it may take you several tries to unlock it, and if that happens, the box will lock itself out and lock you out, the only option after that is getting the key and unlocking it that way. Good luck if you're retrieving your gun in a life or death situation. 4. With the registered fingerprints, sometimes it will light up green and you can hear the lock moving to unlock and open, but the door will actually not unlock and open. The best I can describe it is, that it seems to be jammed, even though it acts like it wants to open. 4. You can see in the video that the foam on the door will not stay in position. The door has glue on it, but the foam just falls off. Not a huge deal but it's just poor quality work. 5. The box does have an option to unlock by pressing a code using the buttons, but now I cannot trust this product to work as it should, especially when it matters most. I have little kids and knowing that this box randomly unlocks with any prints completely defeats one of the major purposes of a gun safe. This is complete trash, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, DO NOT RISK YOUR LIFE, DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. I can't return it because the time window passed. I wouldn't give this away either, I don't want to be responsible for this dangerous "gun safe"

Keeps my guns secure and fits in a drawer!
Color: Digital & Frosted Black
Bought the one without the finger print scanner. I input a simple code and it works fast. Love it! It is sturdy and fits in a drawer although the top only opens half way open as drawer allows - plenty for me to see inside and pick one of my two guns. I saw other small gun safes and I was worried that they would easily be opened by a child with a screwdriver. No so with this gun safe.

Safety first
The media could not be loaded. If you have a gun , you need to keep it safe ! This is perfect for any occasion weather you have kids or not . No one could get into this except the people you allow to , it opens up fast for my finger print , it memorizes more than one finger print if you want it to and also has a back up code you can enter if needed for any reason as well as a key so you have 3 options to get in . It lights up inside so you can see it in the dark . I keep it right next to my bed in case I ever need it . I’ve got 3 kids and I needed to make sure they can’t get in it so I had other people try an get in an use their finger print and it does not work for them , only mine . It looks very nice to and heavy duty. Great price nothing can beat protecting yourself a the people around you by having one but also by keeping it put away .
