Take a pass on this one. The setup wasn’t easy, but it was doable. The charger didn’t work on any devices. But less than 24 hours later, the keypad stopped working. I changed batteries twice, even though it was plugged in to steady power, and I tested all the batteries used, they were functional, just not in this safe. I contacted customer support and for days they told me to change the batteries, despite having already ruled this out. Each response came 12 hours later in the middle of the night, probably because they’re in China or India. I returned the safe days ago, still no refund. Wish me luck. ... show more

so i have a love/hate relationship with this thing. good: it seems fairly well built for what it is. it came well packaged. i got this as i am required to keep things locked up and it does that job. the wireless charger works well. bad: ok first off the finger print scanner only works for me maybe 20% of the time, and i've added my finger many times at different angles. always make sure my finger is CLEAN... and it fails more often than not...the best part is after it fails a certain number of times, it disables itself for several minutes and just BEEPS......so imagine you're trying to get to your home protection device, the scanner fails to read and then it starts beeping.....great idea guys... nothing like screaming "i'm in here unarmed!" Secondly i need it DARK at night and the clock does not get very dark even on the lowest brightness setting, i ended up getting some tint tape which did the trick. ... show more
