This is a very beefy safe. The build quality is better than I expected. Fingerprint sensor and touch keys are very responsive. There is next to no delay from when you tap your finger and when the safe pops open. I initially had an issue with Amazon sending me a defective item, so I reached out to Mboko. Clock face screws came stripped and was loose where it connects to the metal front door I contacted the company. They got back to me immediately. I sent pictures and within a couple days I unexpectedly received a second safe. WOW, what customer service. Giving this 1 star because i am frustrated at the speed of wireless charging. I set my phone down at 41%, come back 15 minutes later and it is still at 41%. I shut off wifi, bluetooth, closed all apps and came back 10 minutes later, still at 41%. The charging feature is there for looks only. Otherwise, safe works. Unlocking mechanism is pretty loud even when on "silent", so not a discrete opening either. ... show more
