  • Works great, wish the seat was a little wider or longer
Style: Round
It works great, my first bidet and I was anxious to spend that much on a toilet seat but it’s actually great. Always warm water and has a strong flow if you need it, I leave at around 2/5 strength. The pulse setting and oscillation is necessary and I always feel super clean after. It does splash a bit so you’ll need paper towels or tp to dry since the blow dryer isn’t super strong. The heated seat is nice and I’m sure will be even nicer in the winter when my bathroom is super cold in the mornings. I just wish it was a bit longer at the front cause it’s super narrow. And the angle of the seat isn’t straight it faces down. The seat is the only real issue I’ve had with the bidet, that and sometimes it’s hard to line up the right spot when you use a squatty potty. It probably isn’t designed for that but idc it works lol No photo cause that’s weird ... show more

  • Works fantastic for elderly parent
Style: Elongated
Issue with being able to reach and be clean were solved for my elderly parent. Now he tells his friends about it, when at first he said he would never use it. Highly recommend. Easy to install - only issue is needing to have access to 120v plug in bathroom.

This bidet is GREAT! Easy to install with lots of great features: remote control, heated seat, night light and air dry to name a few. I highly recommend this product,

The product is great. The instructions are so small and light I had to use a magnifying glass.

  • Inconsistant control behavior, and a seat shape which makes my legs go numb.
Style: Elongated
UPDATE: I recently posted an irate update to my review because my remote had begun to fail to work one time out of 5, after having been used less than 6 months. After posting the review, I pulled out my multi-meter and measured the charge on the remote's installed batteries. All three read 1.46V, which is slightly below a AAA cell's nominal or rated 1.5V, and further below a new cell's 1.56V as shipped. Upon replacing the batteries with new ones, the remote works as well as it ever did, which is much better, if not perfectly. It seems to me that if the device is so sensitive to under-voltage, it should have a battery charge warning on the LCD screen, but at any rate, new batteries solved that particular frustrating problem. Original review follows: This has replaced a much less expensive bidet add-on which had worked well for 6 years before finally wearing out and failing; I'm writing this review after having had about 3 months experience with the BioBidet Uspa. The attractions of the Uspa for me were that it provides a stream of heated water without the necessity of plumbing the appliance to a hot water line, and that it has an oscillating wand. (It has other features, but those were the two which were important to me in making a purchase decision.) Those two features both work well, and represent improvements over the less expensive cold-water-only unit which I had previously used. (In fact, two other units of the less expensive model are still in service: one at my home, and a second which I've installed at my woman friend's home.) However, my experience with the BioBidet Uspa has not been uniformly positive, unfortunately. I can identify three important sources of dissatisfaction. First, almost all of the functionality of the appliance is accessed through a battery-powered remote which uses membrane switches to initiate behaviors on the appliance. Without the remote, one's control of the appliance is limited to a simple on/off switch which does not provide access to the oscillation function, to adjustment of pressure, nor to any other function; all of that is dependent upon the use of the remote. Unfortunately, using the remote is always a bit of a game of chance: sometimes it works flawlessly; sometimes it provokes some random behavior from the appliance (like running the fan when you've asked for wash water), and sometimes it won't make the appliance react at all, despite repeated button presses on the membrane-switches of the remote device. Second, the form of the seat causes my legs to go numb within a couple of minutes. It's narrow in the front, and has a high degree of crown, so the point of contact with the back of my legs is small. That results in a greater indentation at the back of my legs than is caused by a flatter, wider seat. That greater indentation has my legs going numb within two minutes or so. Third, the appliance has a drying fan feature. It's useless. There's not even enough fan pressure to lift the protective flap in front of the fan's exit port. With the flap hanging down, whatever low pressure air stream that is created is directed down to the surface of the water in the WC, not at the areas of one's body which need to be dried. All in all, I can't claim that this appliance provides more than a "usable" level of service. I've used similar bidet seats from Toto, for instance, which are more expensive by a third or so, but which perform their functions much more satisfactorily. If you're planning on spending this much for an add-on bidet seat, I'd advise you to stop your ears against the anguished cries of your wallet, and buy a Toto instead of this. ... show more

  • Wow you'll never want anything else...
Style: Elongated
This is my 9th bidet and I love this one a lot, comes with everything needed and it worked right off the bat. Good seller as well. The main thing to remember is if you have a Kohler or other higher end one piece toilet. You need to check the sides and if there is a rise to the tank area the left side of the bidet has a 1/2" hose outlet and it's a tight fit if you have certain toilets. The splitter for the hose inlet valve can be a bit of a bear depending on your outlet valve size I believe BioBidet comes with a 3/8 - 1/2" but some inlets are 1/4" etc. remember to not plug the unit into AC until the water is in the bidet or you can burn the water heater out! The remote is a bit confusing until you get used to it especially the water hose position but it's not a big deal. Once you get used to this you'll never want to go #2 without this. Wanted to clarify, 9th bidet because my mom was ill for 14 years, our Kohler one piece toilet had a reinforcement wing like rise if you are standing looking at the toilet look at the left and right corners about 10-2pm if you see a rise up that could be a problem. if your toilet is flat all the way to the tank then don't worry. The bidet inlet hose goes to a small tank located in the rear of the toilet seat. On the comment about the 3/8-1/2 the inlet to a normal toilet is 1/2" but the outlet from the wall is usually 3/8" but some are 1/4". The install comes with a splitter 3/8 female to 1/2" male and 1/2" male one side goes to the toilet one side goes to the bidet. The remote has about 8 buttons, the 2 main buttons are clean/oscillate on the left are for #2, the right side is for ladies basically you click once to clean the 2nd click is usually oscillate or pulsate, there is a button to increase the water pressure, one to adjust the seat temp and water temp. One button is for economy mode, you will flip a cover and the 4 buttons do something else sorry not looking at it now. It takes 3 AAA batteries, buy them at Ikea rechargeable to save a couple of $. They last about 3-4 months, in the winter I heat the seat not in the summer, there is a fart fan that comes on when you sit, there is a infrared heater with hot air, again adjustable, it's pretty awesome there are a couple others that are similar but watch out for the company in Ok. TERRIBLE customer service and the warranty is not what they say. I owned one so I know.... Hope this helps you.... after a couple of months you will hate using the restroom anywhere else!!! I am not kidding. ... show more
