This product is the real deal. I've never been all that into skincare and the technology that comes with it, but I had heard very good things about this company Bio-Therapeutic, and wanted to try them out. The micro fusion came in a beautiful, stylish box, and it felt and looked extremely sleek when I first took it out - you could tell that Bio-Therapeutic put a lot of care into both the actual design and the packaging of the product. It also came with a detailed handbook, so that even an amateur like me could figure out how to use it in just a few minutes. I didn't quite know what to expect at first. But, I've now used it multiple times, and I can say that the results have blown me away. The EXFOL mode gets out so much gunk every time I use it, and the CLEAR and APPLY modes have really made my skin look AND feel so much smoother. It pairs perfectly with my current cleansers and creams, and I'm actually planning on buying some specially from Bio-Therapeutic to pair in the future. My only regret is not buying this product sooner - do yourself a favor, and get one. It's so effective and very well-made: I can see why it's priced where it is. It's not another cheap knockoff from some random foreign company - the fact that it's made in America, by a family-owned small business, means a lot.

I don’t typically use tools during my skincare routine, so it took some getting used to this one and remembering to use it. The packaging instructions aren’t extremely clear with how to best use the tool, but there are videos available that show a clear demonstration. I’ve used this tool a few times now and it’s definitely neat. I particularly enjoy the apply mode. It’s surprisingly gentle but it gets the job done. My only issue with the product is the charging stand. It’s rather flimsy and I have to fiddle with the charging plug and port before setting it on the stand.
