    • Excellent customer service and support.
I purchased the drone for its features and advanced controller. I am very pleased with its performance. When I ran into a few issues with its operation, I contacted their customer support and I have been amazed at the level of service that Allen has shown me. I would recommend this drone and it's customer service to anyone interested in purchasing a drone. Thank you! ... show more

    • No business charging this much for this junk
What a piece of junk. The second turned on the controller it starts beeping Non-Stop. Supposedly that means that the battery needs to be charged or changed. According to the instruction manual. I charged it and it still beeping and when it came it had three bars of energy to begin with. Calibrating this thing is joke. The material it's made from is super cheap and I can't see this resisting the weather in my area. This is going back ... show more

    • Outstanding drone that comes with many functions. Support by the manufacturer is excellent. A++
This is an excellent professional drone with many great features, including setting a course on google maps street view/aerial photos, and a "follow me" function that works when you drive your car around it follows above. The drone is very easy to set up and fly right out of the box. It works with GPS satellites, wifi connection, as well as your phone's hotspot. The video/still photos are hi resolution 4K and crystal clear. I couldn't find a better value at this price point. Bingchat's support is outstanding and I had an immediate response to my questions on the drone's features. ... show more

    • Scam, Avoid
Avoid. All claims are false and they try to woo you with AI customer service that tells you your dumb and send you new parts. This drone and controller are jokes. Loses reception with direct line of sight at under half mile. Controller is a tablet from 2016 at best. Don’t take a risk on this off brand, total scam ... show more

    • Build your drone w/easier to start flying William Chester
I personally didn't like the gimbal adjustment before every flight especially for the price I paid. I would have liked to see how the upgraded tablet would have been, I wouldn't want to spin one way 3 times then 3 times the other direction.

    • Best Drone for the Money
Very easy to use drone. It was inexpensive and I feel it was well worth the money. In addition, customer service was excellent and was beyond the call of duty!!
