I was confused how to close the blinds when it got dark after they were installed. I knew there was no cord but didn't see in the insert or on the box what to do to shut them. The customer service person was very helpful and together we got it to work. I was yanking down for all I was worth and didn't want to yank them down but couldn't figure out the how and later I guess it made sense that what goes up must come down but at the time frustrating. And some how 3 of my slats have broke already so I wish they could have been made a little more sturdy. But overall they look nice and the lack of cords are safer. ... show more

I decided to keep them as it was only half an inch bigger ....... I open one and it went up so easy ........ then I opened the second blind and I could not find the brackets at all so I tried to get them at home depot and they did not do these brackets ........ any chance you can help me please

    • They're okay for the price
The installation of the shade was relatively easy, and all hardware needed was included, but the wand is very short for such a long shade, and it is difficult to push the shade up, from the bottom, by hand. Once the shade is pushed up, it is extremely difficult to pull them back down.

I bought these blinds 3 years ago. They look nice and worked well the first year, they are at windows that aren't used much. After a while the blinds got harder and harder to pull down! Now whenever you try to pull them down, the bracket lets go and the whole blind comes down!! I have tried to add more brackets, but didn't help much. Nice blinds as long as you do NOT use them. Bad brackets!!!!! ... show more
