Great shocks for nearly any off-roading vehicle and pretty good on the road. Stability over bumps and quick turning is a huge improvement. They are an excellent and long lasting choice for budget lifts and adjustable ride height and vehicle leveling.     • Great shocks, missing parts
These are great shocks and struts. Make sure you order the mounting harware (rubber bushing and washers) for the top as bilstien dont include them. Can order Gabriel 142467 hardware kit here on amazon. Come on bilstien get with the program!

This is definitely worth it, it made the ride stiffer, smoother, and more controllable when going over bumps and rocky terrain.

Great struts I paired them with the OME (Old Man Emo) springs OME 880 for the Front struts and OME 906 for the Rear. Costumer service was super helpful boostprojects answered a few questions for me! A little annoying that the front doesn’t come with the bushings for where it connects to the lower control arms but I was able to re-use the old ones, because I didn’t want to pay 38 bucks to Bilstein for a few overpriced bushings that should have been included in the first place... ... show more

I bought this article in the US and shipped it privately to Chili. When installing the Bilstein 24-248730 front shock absorber, the instructions were followed exactly. It was installed with the original Toyota spring, top plate and bushings, in the "stock" setting of the shock (lowest level). However, when tightening the upper shock nut, the thread on the bolt was completely stripped. I attach photos of it. I contacted the seller and they said that i need to get the shocks back to us to get the warranty. Of course that is more expensive that buying a new one. I don't recommend this shocks at all.     • Buy front shock mounts separately.
Make sure you buy replacement front shocks mounts.....they do NOT come with the front shocks... Amazon sells them. Just make sure you buy 2. Other than that.....no complaints. Put on 99 4Runner Limited. Used 3rd setting on front shocks. OME 2880 springs up front and 2906's in back. Level ride. Don't tow much. Slightly firm but stable ride. I like it!!! ... show more
