This waterfall has great flow and creates a calming sound—exactly what I needed for my DIY project. The instructions could use a little improvement—they were fine for set up, which was very simple, but there wasn’t any information about what the dial on the pump is for (nothing changed as I turned the knob in either direction). I built this fountain myself based on this specific product, so I was concerned when it arrived slightly different than described. The length of the spillway is twice as long as indicated and the hose hook up is in the back (not the side as pictured). The latter worked in my favor, but I had to position the waterfall several inches behind the fountain so the water would fall within the basin. I like how small the pump is—it’s barely detectable in the 12x12x12” basin. It appears to be made with quality materials, but since I’ve only used it for a day, I can’t speak to its longevity yet. ... show more

I like the waterfall but they put the metal clamp on in the wrong place so it leaks where the elbow joins the tubing. I’m trying aquarium silicone to stop the leak. We shall see.

This waterfall is a perfect size for my backyard pond. I replaced some parts because the black hose was too bulky and used clear tubing instead, which looks much cleaner and nicer. The solar panel works well on sunny days. I decorated waterfall with airplants for more natural look. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and how it enhanced the look of my pond. ... show more
