Set came with complete installation kit, detailed,easy to follow instructions. Hex locking nuts,bolts and washers easy to install. Rack is built solid and very attractive. Very stable platform when all nuts and bolts are fully tightened on mountain bike.

This is a great product. Everything fit it was adjustable and works great seems pretty solid. I wish the strap for longer or stretchy bungee instead of plain straps other than that great product.
