Seeing similar for $50-150 bucks, I figured I would give this $30 rack a try. The kit contained everything for MTB or road bike. The fittings were hex not standard hardware stuff. The black didn't scratch from installation so I hope I don't see any rust in my future. A quick look at the pictures and a 20 minute install and my overloaded drop bars are back to all hand positions and the load is down low where it should be for touring. Did a 15 mile sprint with my Velo Orange Biggish bag secured and am impressed. After a few months if the fittings don't rust, ill get another one for the Adventure "Bruzer" bike I just bought.

So i have a jasion retrovolt fat tire e bike and i had been looking for a rack for the longest then i came across this and i thought it wouldn’t work but surprisingly it worked with my suspension fork now i have a rack so i can put cargo on the front, i know thats not ideal but its better than nothing

This pizza rack is pretty good overall. I installed this on my gravel/touring bike and I've got a pretty good impression so far. For context I do trips where I ride out and camp overnight with just the bike. I would have no problem using this rack if I was keeping my front end load on the light side. I would have no issue strapping my tent bag down to this in the front. You can't add panniers to this but you could hold a soft sided cooler or a similar type of boxy bag with no problems. The rack itself is made of aluminum tubes and it is not too heavy. Pay attention to the listing, you need a fork with a hole at the crown for the rack to fit. The only possible weak point is the support bars that run down to your fork mounts. I found that this didn't bounce around too much, and if you keep the weight reasonable you will be fine. I've used racks with those support bars and I've not had any real issues with them over many miles. That said you should be proactive about maintenance and tighten down the retention bolts from time to time. When I'm on a multi day trip I check them before, during, and after the trip. Doing that I've had no issues. I also put some electrical tape below the attachment point then tighten a couple of zip ties over the bar as an additional failsafe. Even without that I've had no issues with this type of rack. If I was going on a trip across the country I'd look for a stronger option, but for the most people do, you will have no problems. All in all this rack is easy to install, and I've not had any issues that concern me. Like I said I've use a lot of different racks and this one doesn't concern me at all. I like it and will be using it for many fun trips.

Looks great and looks high quality. It mounted very sturdy and all hardware was included. Best of all, the mounting arms reached the fender mount near the front wheel hub on 700c wheels. It looks better than I was expecting.

Bit of a 3 ring circus installing it, but easily adjusted once on. It comes with the tools to install and adjust it. 1 hour install/adjust.

This is a great little rack, especially considering the price. It’s lightweight but sturdy. I’ve gotten other inexpensive racks that have been welded crooked with lumpy welds. On this one the welds are clean and the rack is square and level. It came with all the hardware for mounting in various ways. Whether you have brazed mounts on your forks or not. I used the fork clamps to mount it on my 90’s Giant Iguana. It was fairly easy to get it mounted up into a nice solid platform. The only issue I noticed was that when I loosened the screws that hold the adjustable side struts the screws left marks in the paint. This wasn’t an issue for me because I used the struts at the shortest length so the marks were hidden but it made me wonder about how durable the finish is. I didn’t have any other scratches from assembly but I was very careful with both the rack and my bike to avoid scratches. I’ve only been in a few rides and used the rack to carry light stuff like jackets and locks and stuff and so it still looks good. I like the size and shape of the rack. The wide platform with the raised back lip looks cool and is practical for carrying a variety of cargo. It would be easy to strap on a basket or box in whatever shape suits your needs. I played around with different baskets and even a cardboard box and they all worked good if you were carrying loose items. The rack comes with nylon straps with buckles and it has some nice welded loops/slots for routing straps that won’t slide around and you can always use the open rails for tie downs. Over all I’m happy with this rack. It’s inexpensive, sturdy, practical and looks good. It comes with everything you need right out of the box for mounting and strapping down your first load.
