I thought I’d leave a review for a seller and product that is simply fantastic. I’m in the process of renovating my garage and needed wall cabinets for my tools. I initially placed an order for 5 units from FangYi Furniture. All items arrived and were installed. I had an issue with the struts in one unit which after couple of correspondents, the seller quickly sent out replacement parts. I was amazed by the level of responsiveness and their customer service. I needed a sixth unit to complete my project and since I was in a pinch I ordered an exact cabinet from another seller (GangMei). Here, everything went south. First, the unit arrived damaged and I had to refuse delivery by UPS. The unit was sent back to the Amazon (confirmed by UPS tracking), but to the time of this review, Amazon has not refunded the order (after three weeks). I placed another order from GangMei, but it got delayed in transit and after contacting Amazon, I had to cancel the order. I went back to the first seller and order my unit from them. To my surprise, order got shipped quickly and arrived on time. In summary, I highly recommend the seller and their service (quick shipment, responsiveness). Cabinet is great for the money. Sturdy, easy-ish to assemble, hydraulic hinges too stiff and closes violently. The hydraulic arms are so stiff I feel like the shelf will pull out of the wall before the door will close! Once I get door about half closed it will slam shut with loud bang. I tried to find way to contact customer service but was unable to find any seller contact info on Amazon. I didn't find any way of adjusting the tension on the hydraulic lift arms. If the shocks weren't so awful I'd really like the design. ... show more

Honestly was pretty excited to get this and put it in my tattoo shop, spray painted it to match and everything. Except I should have seen all the reviews talking about the instructions, bc currently I see no video on the shop page and the written instructions are abysmal. Putting the shelf "E" will lock it in permanently and because the instructions were so poorly written, I didn't realize I put the frame upside down meaning the door will never be able to be screwed in. It was my mistake I put it upside down, but when the instructions do not give you an indication as to which way is correct in the first place it makes it hard to feel like it was a user error. I'm also very confident putting together furniture and have assembled everything in my house myself. I'm currently trying to figure how to make it work so I can use it still, as I obviously can't return it now. Truly a giant waste of time and money. ... show more
