Good axle but missing dust caps

Its an axle and it worked just fine to replace a bent axle in my cheap MTB. One issue I have with it that it does not have bearing dust caps. I used old races that had bearing caps. Other than that it does the job.

Worked as replacement for quick release

I replaced my son's 145mm quick release (hollow) axle with this one because it kept bending. He's been riding with this solid axle for weeks now with no issues. I wish it had more threads in the center and not just the ends. Would have made it possible to center better.

It’s a good Axle in my opinion.

Bought for: Huffy Scout 26” The Huffy Scout (my son’s bike) broke an axle - which started a long hunt of finding one that would fit. The main problem I was running into was the unthreaded section being too wide (Your application and components/bearing type will make a big difference) These had a narrower unthreaded section which worked great. I have bought two, both arrived on time and in good condition Bonus - most axles don’t have the rounded ends, these do. It’s a feature that makes installation easier when it’s a tight fit and I appreciate that little detail. Overall I’d buy it again
