The bike says it comes simi put together and it does not! You have to put the whole bike together. When we got the bike the chain link was broken. I simply asked for the chain to be replaced. The company states they can not just fix the chain or replace it. I have to disassemble the bike, get it back to them then they will refund and I can order the bike again just to get a simple chain! I’ve tried chain tools and so many new chains and nothing is compatible with this bike! Almost $300 down the drain completely because the company will not work with you to simply replace the chain!
