This was purchased as a game chair for my 13 year old son. We were so excited because of the pictures and the sheer size that was advertised. As you can see now after one week this thing is a total bust! If you sit down on it you go straight to the floor and your butt hits the ground. You can not lean back or to the side for fear of falling out due the lack of support. It is very clear that you can see that this thing will never fill out as they are saying. It was shipping with not enough packing maybe in order to save money on shipping cost or not using enough filler to save on the manufacturing cost but this comes at a cost to the consumer. I will be returning this to AMAZON and let them figure it out is all I can say. This was a total waste of money and we would have been better off with just a bean bag chair. ... show more

This was all my son asked for for his 12th Birthday. It arrived Labor Day weekend. My husband and i inboxed it and disposed of the box as that weekend was garbage day. He opened it in Labor Day and was ecstatic! We followed the instructions and kicked it and dropped it on the floor a few times to fluff it. We didn’t notice at the time but the chair split at the seam. (After my son sat in it stuffing cae out) I contacted the company and they issued an RA. Great. With one stipulation. It has to be in the exact same box that it arrived in. So now I’m stuck with a piece of crap chair that is ripped after hardly any use. This company knows no one is keeping a box this size around for long and this is how they get away with not having to replace it. It’s not worth it. Save your money and buy something else. UPDATE - the company sent us a new chair without us having to mail the product back in the original packaging almost immediately after posting my previous review. No questions asked. I would potentially order another one. My son absolutely loves it although they are huge so if you don’t have a big space for it it won’t be worth it. ... show more

The picture you see of the girl sitting in this stuffed frameless chair is patently false and misleading advertising. I bought my two sons Big Joe Milano bean chairs and they love them. My wife also likes them, although they are a little small for her. I bought two of these chairs so the whole family could have squishy chairs for movie nights then they could be piled in the corner out of the way during the day when the TV room is used for playing. After arrival I unboxed one of these, let it expand and sat down in it only to find myself flat on my back staring at the ceiling. I gave it a couple more hours to recover from being compressed in a shipping box but no change in support. It was like sitting down in a puddle of thick, very lumpy pancake batter, zero support. That picture probably has 3 or more times the stuffing jammed in it and was propped against a white wall for support. This chair is worthless and good luck getting it back in the box it shipped in for the return. It took me over an hour and an entire roll of duct tape before I was able to get it down to the UPS store to send it back. ... show more

I bought this for my son and after a day of using it it loose its shape and never got back to what it is supposed to look like. It is comfortable but it looks UGLY please look a the pictures. I bought the same one at Wayfair and it looks NOTHING like this one. I wish I could return it. Do not buy this ... show more

I purchased this couch on Amazon warehouse deals at a decent discount. I was surprised at the essentially new condition of the couch, and how big it actually was. Almost instantly it proofed up and after a little bit of fluffing up, it seemed ready to use. It needs to be fluffed often, as most furniture of this style need. But it is very comfy and I often fall asleep when I lay on it. The foam feels cozy, but when you feel into it, it is very strange and confusing. The fabric is thin and feels cheap, but string enough to last a while and fair for the price. But the foam however feels strange. It seems to be some sort of Mish mash of whatever scrap foam they could get cheapest. Some of the foam is very low density and provides literally no support, and some of the foam is very high density. Some of the pieces of foam I can feel through the fabric feel as if the still have some sort of faux leather upholstery still glued to it. Like maybe a shredded car seat or maybe desk chair? Very strange. Also there are some crinkly plastic bits deep inside the shredded foam. Tried to open the bag to get to them but, that would have been a huge mess. So. I did not attempt to remove the plastic. Also the outer fabric is not removable. If you unzip the two layers of zippers on the bottom, there is no other layer between the outer upholstery and the foam. It is sorta just loose inside there. All things considered, it's actually sorta comfy, and feels as if it will last at least a couple years. ... show more

This thing is soooo comfy...if you're even considering it, just buy it...you'll be glad you did. It has plenty of "fuf," and if you follow the instructions and give it a few days to decompress, it puffs up nicely and looks like the picture. I got the "Union" fabric, not the "Suede," and it doesn't look cheap. My one complaint is that I ordered Union GRAY, and I got blue. It's not gray-blue, or slate blue--it's like blue-jeans-circa-1989-blue. To be fair, I could tell through a torn place in the cardboard box that it was the wrong color, so I could have returned it without opening it, but it seemed like too much work. But be forewarned...if color is a big deal, be sure to tear off a corner of the box to be sure you got the right one before you unpack the thing...once it's out of the box, you can forget about returning it! ... show more

Christmas morning.. ripped at the seams and torn at the zipper. Foam everywhere. Totally disgusted and disappointed. This was a gift for our daughter and she's in tears. It's just a mess and there's NO WAY TO PACK IT BACK UP TO SHIP IT BACK! Asking for it to be returned is like sending back boxes and boxes of foam. Ridiculous. Will never order this again.
