received the stand and the packaging was torn to pieces. fairly easy to assemble but was missing right shooting rail bracket. going to try and contact seller. will report back on their service. followup on missing part. so far no response from the manufacturer. been three days. if no answer in three more i will not recommend them to anyone. ... show more

Cross bar is the only problem ive had with putting this stand together the holes are one inch off as seen in the picture, otherwise its a 5 year stand if left in the woods..more problems i just fulled assembled the top section and tryed to install it on the ladder runs and they dont maytch up to insert, this stand is completely useless now ... show more

The stupidest thing I’ve ever been involved in. Right out the gate it was the wrong stand. I said to hell with it and started putting it together and couldn’t even do that because of all the parts missing. What a joke.

Box was damaged,ended up missing 2 very important parts(foot platform braces). Will be contacting manufacturer about this. Easy assembly, seems sturdy,looks comfortable... Hopefully I will get the parts needed so I can try it out soon?

Unable to connect the shooting rest as the connectors were not in box. Called support and was assured that they would send the parts that were missing but after almost 3 weeks, nothing. Poor quality control and after sales service.

got mine from china machined wrong i had to not only trim some steel off i had to re drill holes because they lined up wrong.
