I’m just not sure how long they will last, because they are pretty cheaply made and already have several dings and chips in the foam. Got these dumbbells for a water aerobics class I am taking. I was a bit hesitant, because I am not in the best of shape, and I didn't want to injure myself by overdoing things. I waited about a month after first starting the class, because i wanted my arm muscles to get some tone in them. After I purchased these dumbbells, I took them to the swimming pool to try them out. The results...I love them! I can use these for the entire one hour class, and not feel as if I am injuring my body. I love the dumbbells, however, when wet, they dent easily. If put together, crisscrossing them, they stay deformed and dented, forever!!!

The resistance these provide when used in the water surprised me. I actually get a pretty good workout by using them as dumbbells under water. They dry immediately and weigh next to nothing when out of the pool. Very pleased with the product.

I was using the free water weights they had at the gym when someone said these provide more resistance. The first time I used them I was sore all over my arms/upper back. They work great, they are comfortable to grip. 10/10
