Easy to install, all parts are easy installed just follow instructions is great. I am a 320lbs man and this chat, for the first month, is amazing. It doesn't feel cheap, it feels actually sturdy (I have gone through at least 6 different chairs in my IT career). Arm rests are simplistic with all the features an arm rest can offer. The back is open, so I am not sweaty. The cushion is firm and supporting (not uncomfortable whatsoever). This chat is a must. I promise you will not regret this purchase, and for the price, the quality is up there with a $600 office chair.

Once assembled, the chair is aturdy and comfortable. However. The instructions given for assembly were small and missed a step (doesn't tell you to screw the legs into the base). Also the screws are labeled one way on the "items included" page and a different way on the actual product and assembly instructions. Watching the assembly video helped me catch the missed step but foesnt tell you which screws to use for each step so look carefully at the numbers provided for each step.
