I purchased this to replace my ancient mesh chair at my office. I was skeptical given the low price. But I wanted a light blue one with armrests I could lift away and there aren't many out there. This chair is very nicely made with dense foam, lift away arms and sits on a metal base. When you lift it, it stays lifted. I am not tall but I am heavy and for me it is very comfortable. Assembly was easy enough. Its bit awkward getting the back to meet the seat with one person. However, with a second person, this would be a breeze. The chair exactly matches the description and photo. I had to replace the back do to screw holes that were not bored for the longer screws but they instantly replaced it and didn't require me to mail back the broken one. I’m 5ft7 and 317 pounds- while this chair has little creaks SOMETIMES when I adjust I feel very secure and comfy while sitting in this chair while gaming! Not quite wide enough of a seat for me to cross my legs like I had hoped but it is super comfy nonetheless. The added flip up arms is super nice! Took me about 30-45 minutes to build on my own- highly recommend doing what another review said and leave the second arm for AFTER you’ve secure the back on. Makes it SO much easier I can’t have imagined trying to get the back inbetween both arm rests after they were secure. The pink shade is more of a dusty pink and not as light baby pink as the photo shows BUT still cute : ) ... show more

Arrived on time and everything was included. The chair was easy to put together, but like others say, it really helps to have another person to help you hold things in place. We had it together in about 30 min. As for comfort, it is comfortable and the support is there. my only complaint is as a bigger woman I feel like my butt doesn't match up with the back of the seat. Kind of like I'm sitting on the seam where bottom and top part meet. Doesn't really feel as if this chair was made for bigger people even if it is strong enough to support the weight. It's plenty wide. It will do for now, but I probably wouldn't buy again just because of that one factor. ... show more

    • Had expected a difficult time assembling, but it was surprisingly easy

Very pleased with this chair! When it arrived, I was anticipating a difficult time putting it together based on my experience with similar chairs, however the assembly went quite well. The hardest part of the assembly process is lining up the back with the holes for the screws. I had an easier time with this part of the assembly than expected. HINT: When you put the arms on the chair, don't tighten them. This allows you to be get some extra space to properly line up the screws with the holes. Just tighten up everything after you have accomplished getting the back screwed in. Total assembly time was about an hour, and I took my time. Now, regarding the comfort of the chair. It is extremely comfortable and since it is designed for larger people, you aren't staining against the sides. I work for hours at a time at my computer and after nearly two weeks of use, I'm not experiencing any fatigue from sitting at this chair. So great job on that! It's very sturdy. I do not use the recline function, so I can't comment on it. I wanted a nice comfortable chair and this chair fits the bill. Highly recommend! ... show more

Ordered this chair to replace my 20 year old office chair that was on it's last leg. The chair was shipped quickly and the packaging was very protective of the contents. Once I got it assembled and adjusted to having a chair at the proper height again I fell in love with the chair. It's just the right height, and the padding supports but has just enough give to let you sink into a conformable seating position. If you a bigger guy (or gal) like me the chair is roomy, solidly built, and comfortable. Pro Tip for anyone buying this chair, make sure to leave one arm rest loose when you attach the backrest, it's much easier than trying to wedge the backrest in-between the armrests when they are tightened down. I had to learn that lesson the hard way after a long day at work. On the customer service, I ran into to an issue when I was assembling the chair where one of the backrest screws wouldn't thread in all the way leading to the backrest being loose. I contacted the seller via the amazon contact tool with a description and picture of the issue, to my surprise less than 10 hours later I not only had a response but a resolution and a replacement was being shipped to me. The replacement arrived faster than the original order and I'm now enjoying my new chair. I will definitely recommend this chair to others, and with customer service like this you have no need to worry if you run into any issues. ... show more

I work from home and sit about 7 hours a day, this chair has proven to be very comfortable and sturdy. I fit the tall but not quite big part of the big and tall scale, but my husband is both big and tall and finds the chair very comfortable. I like that you can choose to sit upright or lean back and the armrests are so comfortable when I want them down, and completely out of the way when I want them up. ... show more

I could hardly wait for this Chair to arrive. I placed this order on Dec. 26th 2023, Received chair Jan. 2nd 2024. It took me, a (Lady) (1) hr. to put it together. First of all, I was very impressed with the packaging, every thing was nicely, independently wrapped, the directions were easy to understand and to apply to building the chair. It would have been easier if I had someone assist in holding the pieces while I did the work. I wish that the arm rests were a little longer but it's OK. I feel very comfortable when sitting in the chair. I love the color but it is more of a Mauve then a true Pink, Still love it. When building the chair, I found that all parts fit and were easy to assemble. The only problem I have is the TENSION KNOB under the seat is too tight for me to turn. I did move it a little but not enough to make the seating choices comfortable. I did ask my (male) neighbor to assist me but he even said it was too tight to manage it. I will call the company concerning this problem. I still love my Chair, it's the QUEEN'S Chair. ... show more
