I am a big person was really afraid I would end up with an uncomfortable or fragile chair, but I LOVE this chair. It is so cushy, I could sit in it for hours if I needed to. It also looks nice and is good for my tall, heavy self. Assembly was pretty easy. It did take me a little while to do, but the directions were simple enough. The only thing that is hard is getting the back and arms together. It tilts back decently far as well, and it feels sturdy. I would buy this chair again in a heartbeat. A good value for the money.

This chair is everything I hoped it would be! It rocks, feels sturdy, and looks sleek. I have large ass-ets (haha), and so it can be tricky to find furniture that is comfy & sturdy enough to hold me without making me feel like an ogre. Bonus: My husband said that it was easy to assemble.

I'm a pretty big guy and I work from home, so naturally I'd been in need of a good, sturdy office chair for a while now. After suffering through several "heavy duty" (flimsy) disappointments, I stumbled across this one and decided to give it a shot, and I'm glad I did. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I have to say that I'm impressed. The cushioning and leather are both so comfortable, I've caught myself dozing in it more than a few times now, even after sitting in it all day for work. I was suffering from issues w/ my sciatic nerve prior to getting this chair and the pain has eased up significantly after using it for about 4-5 days. My favorite feature is probably the folding arms that can be raised and lowered at your convenience. Nothing major, but I love it nonetheless.

I will say that their customer service is beyond any I have had in awhile. They were absolutely amazing and delivered a gorgeous, sturdy and super comfy chair. My daughter will be thrilled with her new gaming chair and be over the moon for the beautiful girly blush coloring! This chair was delivered swiftly, packaged safe secured and the directions provided to put together were spot on! It took less than 25 minutes to put it together. This chairs quality is out of this world. The reclining option is one of the best I have seen on a computer chair and the support looks to be just perfect! The beautiful blush coloring and the soft and sturdy fabric will make my daughters hours of game playing much more enjoyable! I bought 2 office chairs from Amazon, one for home and one for work (that brand is Youhauchair). This is my home option, as it was a bit cheaper and I work from there less, so I figured I’d be okay if the quality was somewhat less than stellar. That was a bad judgment call - I’m somewhat unhappy with this chair. It’s a good size and has decent back support, and a fairly well stuffed seat. I would say the plumpness of the seat is its best quality, followed by the curve of the seat back. It’s got adjustable seat height and tilts back, plus the arms fold up to slide under the desk and save space when not in use. It was easy enough to assemble and the casters are fine. I don’t really love it though, and as some people will understand it is already a struggle to get started on work when you’re at home if your chair or workstation isn’t something to be excited about. For a few dollars more, I should have just bought a second unit of the chair I got for work or something else entirely. I got the beige and I can’t say it’s a pretty addition to my space. The fabric is not really smooth which I disliked although it’s plush enough. Overall a bit underwhelmed.

This is a decent chair. It seems like the parts are of good, durable quality. I'm a big person (5'11 300lbs) and I feel adequately supported -- I think even folks bigger than me would too. I got the grey colorway, which is a nice color that matches my room well and it's a soft comfy material (I hate leather chairs lol). The only downside is that building it was an absolute headache. The nail holes are aligned very poorly and it took a lot of manpower (three adults!) to kind of... forcefully hold things together so they'd line up. One screw (in the middle of the arm) would not go in far enough, so we ended up using another (shorter) one from an entirely unrelated product -- hopefully that won't cause any issues in the long term. By the time I realized there was a screw issue, the chair was way too far into the build process to tear it down and mail back. So I decided to just deal with it instead lol. I do wish I'd paid slightly less (it was on sale for $149 when I ordered) since it was such a hassle. But overall, I'm satisfied and this is sufficient.
