I spend nearly one-third of my time sitting in a chair for work every day, so a comfortable office chair is essential. This chair fits my needs perfectly and I'm happy with how functional it is. After receiving the product, I followed the instruction manual and video and completed the assembly of the chair in 20 minutes. If you are a LEGO fan, I think you might be able to finish it faster. I first tried the lumbar airbag of the chair, the inflated airbag is full and can indeed provide enough support for the waist. I felt very comfortable after sitting on it. My previous chair didn't have airbags. When the backrest was tilted, there was a gap between the waist and the backrest. I needed to find an extra pillow to lean on comfortably. This made me realize the benefits of lumbar support. Among office chairs in the same price range, this one is one of the few that has both lumbar airbags and retractable footrests. With so many features for less than $200, I have no reason not to choose it. Although it is not as good as an ergonomic chair that costs more than $500, its price-performance ratio is indeed very high. All in all, it's a good chair, recommended. ... show more

Solid, comfortable chair for the larger person. I'm 6'2", 290#. This chair is firm enough for sitting, but soft enough for comfort. The back reclines to any degree you wish. The chair does not have a rocking function. The pump up lumbar support is very nice. The foot rest is the least functional part of the design. It folds away neatly, but does not extend far enough to support the lower legs, and when extended it feels a bit flimsy. Easily assembled in about 15-20min. I do regret that I didn't think about the fact that I would be reclining and relaxing in my office when I bought my previous desk chair. It just so happens that recently my old chair's wheel broke down with age and I needed to order an office chair that could recline. I guess it would be more comfortable with a footrest since I need to recline. As it turns out, a chair with a footrest is better for my needs. I was pleasantly surprised by the lumbar airbags, which are inflatable and provide strong support for my back. Maybe it's because the side joints are made of breathable mesh, the airbag inflates and deflates smoothly. The spacious seating area also suits my body shape, it feels nice to be wrapped in soft foam. The seat base and wheels seem sturdy and I'll see how long they last. ... show more
