I purchased this headset, as I am a fitness instructor so will use it multiple times a day. It came very quickly! I charged it up and was ready to use. The sound quality is awesome and the range is even better. However I charged it for the next day and when I turned it on, it only worked for about 15 minutes and then the adaptor died. I tried a few troubleshooting ideas and it didn't work so I reached out to the company directly. The responded in less than 24 hours and were fantastic. Michael had me try one more thing and when that didn't work they sent me out a new one and I had it 2 days later! It's hard now a days to find a company that not only backs their products but also has incredible customer service. Will absolutely continue to purchase from this company in the future.

The company reached out and contacted me after I left my review the other day. They asked for my Amazon Order Number and address and then shipped a brand new microphone to me!!!! I received it last night, charged it and then used it today. That they took the initiative to contact me ups their rating to 5 stars. They are proactive and friendly and easy to work with. This microphone is awesome and wonderful. If you read to the end of the original review, you will see that I say that. I love this microphone, my students love the clarity of it. I use it mainly on pool decks, both outside and inside, so the quality is key to my instructions being heard. This microphone does that. I am very happy with this product. Thank you. ********************** I purchased this wireless microphone from Amazon a year ago. I use it once or twice a week to teach a fitness class for an hour. About two month ago it stopped working. I was able to “re connect” the receiver and the mic. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Mostly it will start working and then stop. I left the two pieces on to completely drain the battery. I recharged it and re connected it for my class today. It lasted 38 minutes before the mic died. I would think that the mic should last longer than 50 hours of usage over a 12 month period. Since teaching is how I make a living, I take very good care of my equipment. I have a padded case for it, it gets charged regularly, and it gets turned off and put away after every use. I have tried to contact this company. There is no easy way at to contact them and no one picks up on their chat line. I am hoping that by leaving a one star review that they will reach out to me. When this microphone works, it is awesome. All my students love it when I use this mic over the others that are at the facility where I teach. The sound quality is great, when it works.

EDIT: the seller generously replaced the defective mic, and the replacement unit works well. Minor sound issues occur when the mic is too close to another speaker (playing music), but that’s avoidable. Sound quality is good considering how inexpensive this mic is. ORIGINAL: I purchased this mic in May 2023 as a back-up. I broke my very similar KimaFun mic (that I had used for the last two years) and was so happy I had this Bietrun one ready to go. Despite it being fully charged and in a small room without obstructions, it does not work well. Sound is very spotty (on/off) and static-y when it does work. We moved the speaker, tried using it as a handheld mic, etc to no avail. Not sure if it’s because the speaker adapter doesn’t work well or if it’s just defective, but I can’t use it.

I use it for teaching dance lessons, plugged into a portable speaker, and it's worked very well for 2 years. It connects reliably, even when there's two in the room. (I plug both of them into the same mic jack with a cheap headphone splitter.) No problems with range or interference, tested up to probably 30 feet away (the size of a large room). No problem with feedback from the speaker, even when standing pretty close to it. Battery life seems to be ballpark 8–10 hours, which is multiple days with my usage. Sound quality is no problem, at least with the cheap speaker we connect it to. If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be to add fast charging. It takes a few hours to charge, so if you forgot to charge it you won't be using it that day.

Got this mic for my paint parties and it works great!!! Easy to use. It’s super light and you can hear it pretty clear. It works in far range and the quality is great.

Feels cheap and sits funny on your head. expected for the price. Paired well, battery life great, distance great. I think the sound quality would be okay but the one I got probably has the casing rubbing on the diaphragm. It sounds distorted for anything above soft speaking. Changing the settings on the headset and mixer has made no difference. Emailed customer support, it's been a week and no answer. I probably just got a bad one, but companies who ignore their customers is not a company I would recommend to do business with. Update: customer service reached out after seeing this poor review. Not responding to my email was an oversight. They sent me a replacement unit immediately. The sound quality is great with the replacement and I love using this mic. I did figure out how to make it sit more comfortably on my head, the control unit kind of nestles in the ear. The sound quality doesn't match that of my Shure SM58, but it's good enough to use for performing. I can set the EQ on my board to get it pretty darn close to the SM58, and If I add effects (I always do anyway), you would never know the difference. For a lightweight, wireless headset mic at this price I'm thrilled and think this thing cant be beat. I'm fairly careful with it but not overly so, and I've been using it a long time now and it's holding up very well. Battery life is great too, I rehearse for several hours. The only time it dies was when I forgot to charge it after a rehearsal. This review changed from 1 star to 5.

The only complaint I have is that the adapter breaks easily. I bought two headsets and I'm using one, but using the second adapter from the second as the first one started to wiggle, then no longer worked. I bought another adapter, same specs but didn't work.
