I love this! We were recommended to get a bidet for my mother, but was not sure in what to get! When I stumbled upon this, it was on Black Friday sale and looked fancy! Oh My God. I love this more than my mother, lol. The heated seat is so nice during the cold weather, the water bidet for front and back is a new experience, but I can’t complain, the warm fan to dry yourself is great, and overall the greatest thing in the world for our butt! It however was a pain in the butt to install the seat itself as the plastic wouldn’t match up to our toilet and took some arm strength to get on. The instructions for setting up the bidet part is quite easy and has different temperatures you can adjust to your liking. I would say this was a great and forever purchase!

Use in our main bath. Only draw back is that the control is on the side and we prefer a remote that’s moveable. Otherwise it is a great bidet with warm seat, many great selections and a good value. Easy to install. Just a nice addition.

This toilet seat was easy to setup. Getting the water attachment was also easy to affix. My seat is always warm. Definitely an upgrade. The only downside is is the style of the seat is huge and chunky which kinda gives- handicap seating- but I do like the functionality of the product. I’ve been using it for a few months now and haven’t had any issues.

First off I’d like to say that this product is great but the installation can be hard if it’s your first time installing something like this (like me). I continued to have leakage no matter how much I tightened the t valve to the fill valve (metal part sticking out of the toilet) Here’s what I did to fix this: Check your each of the 3 holes in your t valve, in one of them there will be a black rubber circle. Take. That. Out. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be there but mine didn’t stop leaking until I removed it. Secondly, you want to make sure you’re properly tightening the t valve to your fill valve or water line hose. You’re most likely thinking “I’ve tightened it so much my hands hurt” and I understand, however, you want to make sure you’re doing it right. These valves are akin to puzzle pieces. You want to make sure the grooves grab each other so you could properly tighten them. In order to do this, line up the t valve to the fill valve or water hose perfectly, then gently apply a slight pressure and (also gently) twist them onto the other. It should be easy to twist until they full connect and you reach the end (The t valve will not cover all of the grooves of the fill valve, it’s not long enough but that’s fine, see the picture if you don’t understand) It should NOT be hard to twist after a couple of twists (this means the grooves aren’t lined up). Once you get to the end give it a couple of firm twists to ensure it’s on properly but don’t over do it in case you need to take it off again. If you are having a slight leakage after this, all I recommend is “teflon tape” it’s literally dirt cheap on Amazon. This basically fills small gaps in the grooves to prevent leakages. If you tried that and you are STILL having leakages (I am sorry for you) check each of the grooves of the t valve, fill valve, water line hose, and look for any obvious flaws and bends in the grooves. These may have been caused by you twisting to hard when the grooves weren’t lined up. If that’s the case you’ll need to replace that part. WAIT! If that is you you’re probably fed up, but I will tell you the struggle is worth it. And I can say that because when I was first installing this, I twisted the t valve improperly to the fill valve so much that as I was twisting it made the fill valve hit the wall of the toilet and eventually snap the balloon mechanism which prevents the water from filling to high in the toilet. You could imagine my despair, but luckily those are fairly cheap on Amazon as well and they take like 5-7 minutes to install, super easy. Anyways I hope this helped, enjoy your cleanliness if it did.

The toilet seat arrived a bit damp. Maybe it's from the humidity level of where it was packaged. The dampness was not a problem at all. The installation went very smoothly. All the parts that I needed were included in the package. After I installed the seat, I gave the toilet seat a test, using a glass to not get wet from the sprayer spraying upward. Everything went quite well. The water spray was warm instantly and you can adjust the temperature. The seat flows some water onto the nozzle at first (to clean the nozzle?) also pre-warming the water spray. The toilet seat also warmed nicely. As far as it's longevity, I don't know until it's been in use for a longer time. One hint I would give is that when installing the seat, two black grommets are needed to secure the seat to the toilet. I suggest partially screwing the screw into the grommet and then push to screw/grommet onto the toilet (I sprayed some isopropyl into the hole in the toilet to lubricate). Then push on the screw/black grommet assembly into place. It should insert easily.. My wife loves the comfort of the seat. Reminds me of the seats in Japan..
