The hose separated from its fitting near the tank, broke and flooded the bathroom after just three months. If I could leave zero stars and a big "THIS WILL BREAK, AND FLOOD YOUR HOME" warning I would. After just three months of completely normal usage, the stainless steel hose housing separated from its fitting, exposing the thin inner liner which immediately split and sprayed water all over the bathroom until we were able to get it shut off and removed. Let's be very clear: This is quite similar to a kitchen sink sprayer. They've been making such things for fifty years. And they are typically made with reinforced high pressure hose, that is designed NOT to fall apart with normal use and flood the kitchen. This item is pretty much the same as one of those kitchen sink sprayers, except that it has fittings that will attach to toilet plumbing. There is nothing revolutionary here. Innovation isn't needed. All that is needed is sufficiently strong hosing to avoid separating from the fitting and rupturing. An ideal toilet sprayer such as this would do two things well: It would spray, and it would avoid rupturing and flooding the bathroom.     • lots of hose pressure ,,your home will not burn down !!
When we hooked this up to the tunes of --shoot the juice to me Bruce ,,, we doubted the ability of this small hoser , ,to perform . Perform it does !!! Cleans bathtubs, ..toliets., sinks nearby, runs the mother in law , out of the home--- heh heh ,,!! She made the mistake of "advising this "Toy" would never work....u huh~~! Ok , in all reality the control lever in back ,,we have 90+ lbs water supply, (municipal) had to be turned down low low low. Once thats done your choppers will shine ! Easily !! The pressure can easily be adjusted,,by the handle valve and water inlet valve!! Really good for inhuman humans and putting Walmart's $$$$$$ toilet paper bill -gonzo!! Still need to dry off at first ,later we know now, , to sit for a minute ,, then simply leave.. The end!!,. Great investment pay back is fast ,, now about the kids------??? ???? ... show more

I bought this when the whole COVID toilet paper shortage started. Before purchasing I read the reviews and the negative ones where it said that these burst easily. I didn't believe it happened unless people left these on, so for it to last, turn it off every time after you use it. Well I'm a very careful person and when I installed it which was easy to do, I made sure I always turned it off after every use. 3 months later and as you can see from the picture it broke and it leaked all over my bathroom . Turns out the metal outside of the hose is connected by plastic inside the handle. That plastic broke because it's cheap plastic and when that happened it exposed the rubber hose inside which is VERY thin rubber. the broken plastic punctured the rubber hose and it leaked every where. Although I had the hose valve off, all the water in the hose itself is still there and is pressurized. I think the plastic broke because of the pressure inside. In hindsight, after turning the valve off you should also dispense any remaining water because the cheap thin rubber and the plastic inside the handle are too weak and poor quality to handle any kind of pressure. I would stay away from this and get a system that has a better quality hose. The other parts aside from the hose seemed decent however. ... show more

This is the second Bidet Sprayer I've purchased and it is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. After colorectal reconnection surgery I find myself going 4-8 times a day. The Bidet Sprayer gives me that "just stepped out of the shower" clean feeling. Defiantly worth it. The pressure seems to be much stronger on this one then the one I purchased about a year ago. It can feel like an enema. Not an issue, I just adjust the water pressure a little lower when I turn it on. One slight problem, this one did not come with a black rubber washer which is critical in preventing leaks. No problem, I had one. Easy to install. I had it up and running in minutes. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This sprayer worked well. However, today I hear water spraying somewhere in the house, check the bathroom and lo & behold, there's water spraying, EVERYWHERE! I have to fight my way through the torrent to get to the shutoff valve. WHEW! Now, drenched, I stand there gaping at the hose. The protective metal cover for the hose has slid down leaving the black hose inside exposed. There is a split in the black hose. ... show more

I wish we would have bought this when we first started cloth diapering! My husband was able to Install it in about 10 min. You can adjust pressure depending on how hard you squeeze the trigger which is great for diapers. We haven’t had any problems with it leaking . It looks and works great!
