Bianchi is a name you know if you are in the Leo profession. The 10+ different cuff pouches I have used over the years have their pros and cons. This one is quite nice style, material, design and craftsmanship. Use this pouch with Peerless Handcuff Company Chain Link Handcuff Model 700 in matte black which together looks very professional and low profile. Usually doesn't make any sound but from time to time the cuffs links bounce around at the bottom and create a bit of sound when on the move. Use it daily at work and it's holding up, no signs of wear or degradation. Can be a bit of a pain to put back in, usually requiring both hands, which isn't a huge deal and comes out easily. ... show more

i have two of these and use them in the field. i like the open top due to the easy of grabbing them then u need to. this is a great product but ive had some nylon ones that work a bit better. reasons for the 3. the cuffs sit much higher then in the picture. like maybe 1/2 of the cuff it out of the pouch (might be an issue with uniforms regs at some departments) the retention is very tight great for keeping them in when u run,fall,fight,ect. however pulling them out they get stuck sometimes. and putting them back into the pouch sometimes takes two hands. for a leather open top its great but they havent broke in any after several months of wear. ... show more

Was looking for a case without a snap that could come undone when getting in and out of my car. This is a good solution. Open top makes it easy to grab your cuffs quickly, and holds them in place very secure so I don't have to worry about loosing them when going hands on with anyone. Does take technique and practice to get them in the case. Need to stager them when putting them away so one ring starts the proses of prying the top open. Took a bit but got it down ... show more

This handcuff pouch holds my S&W 100s perfectly, and it is much easier to get them out quickly. It’s also grips my gun belt well and doesn’t slide around a whole lot. Only gripe is it takes a second to put them back in.

Great handcuff case. Holds the cuffs in place firmly and is super fast to deploy. It is a bit awkward to insert into it though, and it tends to push the cuffs in a few clicks as you do (which may not bother you unless you’re super OCD about it) but some practice “rocking” it in makes it easy to do without messing up any of that. ... show more

Using it on a standard leather duty belt, wanted something with less of a profile for comfort during a 12 hour shift. I'd recommend that you purchase a set of black cuffs though, so it's not immediately obvious where your cuffs are , for safety reasons since you are giving up the closure option that a pouch offers. And No, ASP cuffs will NOT fit in this case. I have Peerless and ASP cuffs, and the standard Peerless cuffs are snug, which I prefer. I would say there's very little chance of the cuffs coming out on their own, even in a ground fighting scenario. When I go to put them back in this carrier, it takes some effort, but again that doesn't bother me, gives me warm fuzzies that they are secure. ... show more
