I was very impressed with the ease of putting this tent up and down. I am a 60 year old woman and had absolutely no trouble with either. I had it up and staked in about 5 minutes. I had a queen air mattress which took up just a little over half the space, so I had plenty for stowing gear. The only issue I had was the flap around the door, to keep rain out, would sometimes get stuck in the zipper. You just need to use a little caution when zipping. I DON'T WIRTE REVIEWS UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS EXCEPTIONAL! ALTHOUGH IT STILL TAKES LONGER THAN 60 SECONDS TO SET UP FOR THE NOVICE I'M SURE I CAN DO IT IN 5 MINUTES ON THE SECOND TRY. AFTER SET UP WE HAD THE MOTHER OF STORMS BLOW THROUGH. 40-50 MPH WINDS AND DRIVING RAIN FOR OVER SEVERAL HOURS. INSPECTING THE INSIDE OF THE TENT THE NEXT DAY IT WAS BONE DRY! FABULOUS! I want to love this tent, but because it took two strong men to get one pole to work, at my campsite, I have not been able to use it a second time. I bought it after watching videos etc, and believed it would be easy to set up. It went well except for that one pole!
