Works well but for a small area only like an office. It's pretty much a blow dryer shaped like a box. It's a bit noisy but not as loud as a blow dryer. Think of it as white noise. I keep it close by and it does take the chill off. It's very light and portable.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a little heater and got distracted by the fake fireplace heaters. This is the perfect compromise. Love this little heater - obviously not realistic but that's not what we're going for. It automatically shuts off if tipped or lifted even a bit, and only the grate below the logs gets warm. The glass in front of the logs is actually quite cool to the touch. Heats up quickly. I've only had it a day, but I already love this little heater. Will update if it lets me down. ... show more

This little heater heats our split level family room wonderfully. Fast, efficient and so nice looking. Easy to use too. Easy to put the legs on, as long as you have a long screwdriver. Very happy with this purchase!
