PROS: Perfect color and pattern. Soft to touch. CONS: Rubber pad on back is cheep. Rug will not lay flat. Washed rug in cold water on delicate cycle to see if it would help. Backing shedding off taking carpet fibers with it on the first wash. Rug would still not lay flat. I had to use carpet tape to stretch it flat. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed. UPDATED: After this writing review I was contacted by the company’s customer service and was very impressed with their response. Charged my review to 3 stars because of awesome customer service. Rug was perfect except backing. ... show more
