Had some delivery complications (the couch part got lost in transit) but the seller was very active in getting a replacement sent out and had great communication. He even said to check it on delivery to make sure it wasn’t damaged. It arrived perfect. Very easy to assemble and the sections are light and easy to move. The only knocks are that the seat cushions are quite firm and are not removable. I got used to it and sat on the couch and chase all evening and wasn’t uncomfortable, and since they’re attached I suppose nothing should get lost down in the cushions. The seat backs are softer and quite comfortable. The ottoman is a nice size and the storage on it is a nice perk. I put it at the end of the chase and kept my old ottoman by the couch section. Time will tell how the seat cushions hold up but it looks great and overall I’m very happy with it. ... show more

Well I got my order only to have to call for a replacement because it was torn from when the man delivering dropped it .. and today 6/17/2019 I realized this came with the ottoman that I didn't recieve. All in all the couch is great and comfy I just have to wait for my replacement. Updated 10/27/2019 3 in a half months later this couch just isn’t worth the money you can feel the springs when you sit the seat actually you can see the shape of the springs as well I wish I could return this and get my money back this is the worse buy .. and I’m the only one who sits on this couch it really isn’t worth is at all ... show more

It is gorgeous but extremely stiff. I thought they would wear in but after a year no such luck. Even my teenager who lay anywhere just don’t. Family movie night is pretty much over because my husband hates it so much and I don’t blame him. But they do clean very easy if that helps. If your like me and looking for comfy, soft, fall asleep on the couch forget this one. Ain’t worth it unless you need back support. ... show more

first the delivery was several days before it was supposed to arrive which was good. but the couch looked like a fork lift drove right through it with stuffing coming out of the box and it was destroyed in several different spots. I was also unaware that i would have to build the couch... this was new to me... When i told them i would not accept the delivery in that condition, the put it back on the truck and since then i have heard nothing from anyone and out $900 ... show more

Looks like the picture. Easy to put together. Looks great in my space. The color was more burgundy than red. Not much to the fabric - one good spill and this probably no more good. Not plush to sit on, but still pretty comfortable.
