We love this sofa. We have had it for a few months now. It is a great length to fit our family of four, and it can easily be taken apart on one edge to vacuum crumbs under it. The ottoman is also great, because we can store a few things inside, but it is a good size to be able to move around for vacuuming. One of my kids occasionally wipes peanut butter from his hands onto the sofa, but it cleans right off. There are only two minor issues - the ottoman does not have great support in the lid, so ours has started to sag just a tiny bit because of little kids jumping on it. If you don't let anyone jump on it, I don't think you will have a problem. The only other tiny issue is my fault - I was so concerned that the length of the sofa be sufficient that I didn't check the height. The back is a little shorter than I would like, which is why I only gave it four stars on comfort. Even with the minor issues, I would still buy this sofa again. ... show more

For the price of this sofa it is awesome! I had no issue with the assembly and delivery. It took Me and my husband 5 minutes to put it together. The parts were at the bottom of the sofa as labeled. It has a velcro on the cushion to hold it to the sofa so it's not moving all over the place. There was no rip, tear,damage or missing piece. It’s extremely rigid and uncomfortable to sit on. I have bought several pieces of furniture in my life. I needed a smaller size sectional for the room. It wasn’t hard to put together, but the fabric is shiny like vinyl/plastic, and it’s terrible and cold to sit on. I am an average size female, and when you sit on the cushions, they go completely flat like you’re sitting on the hard frame. You can feel the hard boards of the frame underneath you, making you not want to sit on it. Sadly, I wish I hadn’t bought it. Not sure if it can be returned. It is by far the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on in my life. Apparently, that is why buying furniture on line can be a big problem. Misleading photos of the fabric, and you can’t sit on it, so you won’t realize how terrible it is. Very regretful buyer here. ... show more

I received my couch in the mail today. It came in 3 boxes. My husband put it together and didn't have an issue. It is a very cute couch. I love the look and I think I'll love it more once I get a few other things to go with it. It is smaller than it looks though and it feels like you're sitting on a brick. I didn't expect it to be comfortable though. Just needed something cheap and easy to clean considering I have a 4 year old, a 1 year old and 5 dogs. ... show more

One thing I had to end up doing when I got this is adding another whole for one of the connectors because it wanst added. I had to feel for where to add the whole so that made things take longer. Besides that, installation was super simple and didnt really require instuctions. The visual result of it all is beautifule, but the velcro attached pillows are awful and I had to add more velcro strips to make them sturdier. As far as size, its the perfect size and not really small at all if you ask me, so I'd ignore any comments that talk about size or space for sitting. It is firm, which is ok for sitting, but not lying. The material seems to wrinkle easily as well. I'd say this think should cost no more than 400 dollars what with its lack of real couch details. This is more of a faux couch, but it does what I neeed it to do ... show more

They package did come 2 days later than it was supposed to, but they're customer service was amazing. The rep called me every step of the way to let me know what was going on with my order. They didn't want to send me the couch if they didn't have every piece that was with it, and I really respect that. I read some reviews and I was nervous, bit I really had a good experience. I normally don't spend time writing reviews so please take in consideration my review. We had ordered the white sectional expecting white to match our living room aesthetics. However, this is more of an off white/cream color which is disappointing. The product arrived later than promise but it did eventually show up. The delivery people were nice, no issues there. If you are looking for a comfy sectional to have movie nights - this is definitely not the one. It’s hard, springy, and within two weeks of having it- it’s starting to make squeaky noises in the cushions and leather is starting to wear. I wish I listened to the reviews about color transferring onto the sectional because that did indeed happen. My husband had one a red shirt and now it’s on our sectional. Size, this is a perfect size for a small apartment or a couple. However, do not get it if you have kids or guests over frequently. This sectional would look great in a gently used family room or fancy small room. Overall, overpriced and I would recommend spend a little more for a better sectional if I were you. ... show more
