Hunted around quite a lot to find the maximum size fridge I could to fit in my pantry. I cut part of the lower shelf out to fit it in perfectly to feel built in. I didn’t want to get a fridge that forced me to also cut the second shelf so I’m glad I found this one. It maximized the amount of drinks I could hold in the smallest footprint for my needs. I like that it has a lock feature so you don't accidentally press anything. But sometimes it can get a little noisy. I just smack the side and it quiets up, or have something kinda of heavy on top like a small printer or some books. But good little fridge overall.

After doing an exhaustive search on the best beverage cooler and likely driving my wife to the brink of divorce by bringing the topic up so many times I finally settled on the Staigis 3.2 based on reviews as well as price and style/size. Shipping was really quick for a non prime item, I think it took maybe 5 days from when I ordered it to when it arrived. Unfortunately when I received my new fridge last week I noticed the trim around the door was chipped on one corner when I unpackaged it, which I'm assuming happened during shipping. When I reached out to Staigis customer support for a solution they were super helpful. Initially they offered to ship me a second fridge for free, but when I told them I would also be willing to live with the minor cosmetic damage on this one for a partial refund they went ahead and refunded me for the ENTIRE cost! Aside from the small chip the fridge itself is awesome; it holds temperature really well down to 38 degrees (which honestly feels even colder because my beers are ICE COLD) and it's extremely quiet. We have it in our bar area adjacent to our living room and you can't hear it at all when watching tv. I've only had it plugged in for about 1 week but it doesn't have any frosting issues so far and any fog on the glass disappears quickly when the door is closed again. I did have a slight buzzing/rattling sound when I first turned it on but I tightened the screws to the back plate and made sure the fridge was level and it went away. Just follow the directions when setting up and you'll be golden. Overall a great purchase (does this still count as a purchase?) and excellent customer service, I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a new beverage fridge! ... show more

I originally got this fridge as a 28 bottle, but it was two tall for my space (my error). When I requested a return I put that the info that I was planning to repurchase as a 24 bottle. The customer service team was AMAZING and almost immediately sent me an email offering to send me the 24 bottle free of charge and allowed me to keep the 28 bottle so I wasn’t charged the return fee, which was admittedly very high. It was such a seamless experience and the new one arrived just a few days later. We have the original fridge to friends as a housewarming gift. Additionally - love the look of this wine fridge. It’s clean for the space and overall pretty quite. I live in an older home so the floor is uneven, initially causing the machine to make more noise. Once we evened it out it’s been perfect! The item arrived damaged but when we reached out to the seller, they replaced it immediately so customer service was great. The product itself is also great for the price. It comfortably fits 12 bottles of red and white wine, but if you try to store bottle of champagne or other similarly shaped bottles, then you won't be able to use all 12 spaces, or you'll have to get creative.
