If you treasure OR miss your grandmother as much as I do (RIP grandma), & as much as Booger Brown adores his grandmother Betty Jo, this recipe book is a must!! We can’t wait to try the banana pudding recipe .. their is a secret ingredient that makes it sooo special. Show your support & purchase your book and you too will be in on the secret ingredient:) I was pleasantly surprised to see the “Guava jelly” recipe, as a Cuban-American guava is 1 of our main to go fruits. So delicious!! Thank you for making this wonderful book! Note: I am so glad :) I did not allow the 1 Star review regarding the missing verbiage to detour me. MY book is gorgeous, intact, well thought out and more importantly it pays homage to Betty Jo(while she is still with us). Booger, keep enjoying your grandmother while you can ... My husband and I are huge fans of the show and jumped on the book as soon as I saw it available. First thing we tried was the banana pudding! Delish. Now, I probably won't try the gaitor tail, but everything else in the book I will make and I'm sure we will enjoy. Thank you for creating such a sweet cookbook filled with fun stories and pics. Cowboy Way Bugger Brown Grandmother's home style ranch cooking from her years on the homestead and cattle drives. Great variety of filling comfort to satisfy anyone sitting around a fire to a Sunday dinner! Great for camping out to family reunions!! The cookbook has something for anybody's taste!

It was wonderful to get this cookbook after 'getting to know' Booger and Betty Jo on "The Cowboy Way." It is a charming cookbook with lots of easy, comfort-food recipes. And yes, the banana pudding is delicious!
