I purchased this for my small business. It worked beautifully for a few months then it stopped closing properly. I have to put the pressure as high as it will go for it to even close flat and there is no pressure at all! Cannot get enough pressure to properly make ANYTHING! Not even a year of use. Tried to contact company and it takes you to a website for a completely different company who seems great but cant help with someone elses products. HORRIBLE waste of money and costing me to lose out on business while having to purchase a new press! Unacceptable!

I had an older heat press that came with no instructions, only had a countdown for 999 and then beeped unless you pressed the countdown again, and also swung to the side which caused the screws holding the press part up to strip and not work. The numbers also didn't light up all the way and the cord got super hot. Anyway, I replaced that junk with this one and it's miles above it. I love that you can slide the tray out to put your item on and then slide it in - no chance of getting burnt or the press part moving it. The countdown works great AND there's instructions. You don't know what you want until you've dealt with something and its issues..

The media could not be loaded. I love my heat press. What I like the most is that it slides out 🤩 Every crafter definitely needs one in their workspace. 100% recommended. Believe me when I tell you that it will be your best investment. The colors are a success before I had another brand and it was poor quality and black. Now that I have better sub it is super good quality and matches my craftroom which is pink and white.

This machine is not worth the money I purchased in Sept 2024 and I have done a 30 to 40 shirts on the press and the heating element has gone out. Don’t waste your money. My previous press lasted 6 years.
