The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this beautiful heat press! The slide out pressing table is so amazing so I can adjust what I’m pressing without the fear of getting burned by the heat plate. The press is very sturdy and it’s super easy to set your heat and timing settings. It automatically starts the timer when you close the lid, which is great because I tend to forget to hit start. The pressure adjuster knob works great and I didn’t have to tweak much right out of the box! This is by far the best price for a heat press with a pull out surface. It heats up well. I read many reviews that indicated it was hard to open. I was easily able to adjust the tension and it opens as expected. Love that the timer starts automatically when it's closed. And it's pink!!

For starters, it’s fully assembled! Nicely packaged. Comes with FULL instructions (many machines do not) and very user friendly. Follow heat guide for this machine rather then the product instructions. So far, 10 prints later, and everything is printed amazing! I’m getting the colors I planned for as well. And I even tested the heat with the thermometer, I’m reading at 4degrees hotter on my heat thermometer gun. My husband said the possibility of the gun just being off itself rather then the machine is a thing. I have another machine I’m currently trying to return from another company and right out of the box it was reading 40 degrees difference. So the pressure on the machine… is perfect, also easy to adjust. The value for the money? It’s worth it! Paying 50 or 60 more then a lot of those sale priced machines, just made sense! The name is printed on the machine, BetterSub, it shows the company backs up there machines, I have owned now four machines, this one is the Only one which has the name, and has actual contact for help in there user manual as well. It is a sturdy machine, comes with two pads, user manual, suggested heat temps as well. And step by step to set the machine for F or C . Mine came with it already set for F. So I was happy. But the directions walk you through if you prefer the other. ... show more

    • Don't waste $300 like I did

Purchased because my wifes favorite color is Purple. So I wasted $300 on this purchase. Looks nice out of the box and does heat up. Instructions that came with it is horrible. Never tells you how to set temperature and countdown timer. You have to press set then use arrows up or down for temperature, then select set again to set the count down seconds. Then to set this part you then have to press and hold. Getting to heating temperature takes a long time then fluctuates . The set doesn't always work. Seconds count down counts down too fast. I then went on here to contact company about the set and seconds not working. You have to send them an email from your person account or on their website. Doesn't give you option to use Amazon messages. I don't agree with this as it was purchased on Amazon. Their website requires you to put all your information including mailing address. I sent email with issues. I got a response requesting I send a video of operation. Video was too larger for email so I sent an email explaining this and again stated the problem. Company now wants me to go to their Facebook page and post it their. Last time I had an issues with another Chinese electronic product they harassed me with phone calls and email. UPDATE: 3/17/2024. Three days after I posted this review they offered refund or replaced . I close refund after reading other review. After they sent refund they sent another email requesting me to change or delete my review since my issue had been resolved. Sorry will not as buyers need to know that your machines have an issue and how you the seller responds when contacted about an issue. ... show more

    • Wanted to love it BUT….

Wanted to love this press. I really did. Only about 1 month of having it, the numbers just started flashing and not heating at all. I reached out to Better Sub. They sent another one. Now only 3 months later and the second one is not maintaining temperature. It is set on 325 degrees Fahrenheit and the temperature dropped down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. I messaged them again, with no response yet. Sadly these presses are not good quality mechanically. I wanted to love it, but just can’t if it’s not going to work. ... show more

I love the pull out bottom. This is easy to use and works amazing! It doesn't come with a teflon sheet so if you are making products that require extra protection, be sure to order them. I highly recommend this product!!

The only reason it isn't 5 stars for me is because the timer can be a little goofy/cheap and stops working but its an easy fix to get it up and going again. It does take some time to warm up compared to other presses I have and even when it does reach temp I let it sit for a bit longer because it drops rather quickly on your first press. So far LOVING the pull out drawer style. Great for compact spaces. ... show more

A lot of people in the reviews talked about ‘how hard it was to push down’ Although at first it is hard to press down but that is because the pressure nob is turned all the way to high. I feel a lot of people people saying ‘it’s to hard to push down’ just have never used a heat press. when you use a heat press you want the pressure to be firm (when you open and close it is how firm the pressure it) if the pressure is not firm your shirts will not come out like you want. This is my 2nd heat press I’ve bought and it works fantastic. I don’t have any issues with it and I love that it has a counter of how many shirts I’ve pressed! It heats up fairly quickly and the pull out drawer works great. There is nothing wrong with this heat press and deserves better reviews! ... show more
