Got the press. Set it up. Nice, sturdy, looked good. Seemed like it took a while to get warm but that can be ignored if it works fine.... which it did.... for a while. Then it started glitching out. I assume it has to do with the thermostat but the temperature became super eradic and would eventually go super hot and then shut off and beep constantly and loudly. Which I assume is a safety feature. Afterunplugging and replugging it in, and adjusting it to make sure it wasnt messed up or missing a connection or something I have up and reached out to Amazon, which Amazon said it was past 90 days, I'm on my own. So I attempted to reach out to them directly through Amazon... no response. I tried again.... no response. I went to their webpage... no response... finally my wife found them on facebook and they responded. But they said they needed a video. So my wife sent them one, but then they said they needed another video because it might be faulty. At this point I have had enough and am submitting my 1 star review. The machine didnt work long and the customer service has not been good. I've read other reviews saying the customer service is good... so maybe they will see this review and my wife's correspondence and make it right, to which I will change my review... but til then, let this be a warning. Just because it's purple, doesnt mean its good *edit* just received my new unit from the seller. After troubleshooting it was a short in the large press head. After talking to the seller. They quickly sent out a whole new heat press. I was only expecting a new head. It took me reaching out to the seller through Facebook but once I did, they were quick to remedy my problems. Changed from 1 star to 5

I love this heat press. The mug press works great and hears up fast. It's easy to switch between attachments. Swing away is definitely the way to go. I use it daily and have had not a single issue. The heat is consistent. I can't figure out the timer but that certainly doesn't hinder me or prevent me from using it. I just use a different timer

I purchased this heat press for my small business and so far I love it. It heats up nicely. I recommend using heat resistant gloves just to keep your hands safe.so far so good have used it on about 10 shirts and it’s working as expected .

The media could not be loaded. When I first open ended box the runner plate fell off on hat press! 2 the heat plate entire machine is uneven so if u try and press sublimation your ruin the shirt the machine is wap sided un level u can’t press a shirt at all unless it’s vinyl and u have to press 2-3 times The handle is plastic so u can’t do to much pressure or it will break. I was able to use the cup press only thing I have used until started smelling like it was on fire the temp Screen keeps flickering on and off so u can’t get a constant temp!! Amazon will not allow u to upload more than one video or I would I don’t recommend purchase a electronic device from Amazon or this company because no one will even try and call back or email u a number to contact the company the number I received was not a working number If u see a heat press this color I would not purchase I used the cup press prob 15 times and it no longer works so now I’m livid I was ok because I have 2 other heat presses that woks but when u own a business and u use this to make money you will loose I thought I would get money back but using mug press but now it doesn’t work don’t purchase don’t purchase from Amazon I can’t believe they would allow this company to Sell product and also no tools to change out the plate press to see if it will even work now the whole temp Thing flashes on and off so not sure if any of it worked

This seems like a good solid heat press, but it just doesn’t suit my specific needs. I press a lot of 2XL-5XL shirts in my business, and this is just a hair too small for the 12 x 12 designs. I had hoped I could make it work, since if came with the mug press attachment I really wanted.

Didn’t take long to get the hang of, make sure u have space to swing 180° For best usage. Easy to swap out all accessories and a great upgrade without breaking the bank. Have used for about a month now, will update after Easter season.
