It is built very great with sturdy parts, the heating element is built well, heats up fast, and the pressure knobs are easily to work with than previous machines I've had. Overall I love this machine it presses wonderfully and makes beautiful cups. The media could not be loaded. I’m so happy with this BetterSub pink tumbler heat press! It’s not only super cute in color but also very easy to use. The temperature and time settings are accurate, and my sublimation prints come out vibrant and flawless every time. It heats evenly, which makes a huge difference in the quality of my tumblers. The size is perfect for 20oz tumblers and it feels sturdy and well made. I’ve been using it almost daily for my small business, and it has saved me so much time compared to using an oven or wraps. If you’re into sublimation, this machine is a must-have—especially if you love pink like I do. Totally recommend it! Definitely worth my money .

It worked great for about 15 coffee mugs and now it does not heat up. UPDATE: I let the company know that the attachment stopped working. They contacted me very quickly. I had great communications with them, I explained what the problem was, sent them pictures and a video. They didn't just replace the attachment they replaced the entire press.

I had this Tumbler Press for 3 months & had only used it 32 times when it stopped heating up past a certain degree. I reached out through Amazon Messaging & they sent me an email address to send them a video of the problem. While I was making the video it dawned on me I had not tried the other inserts to see if they would heat & sure enough they did. It was the original insert that came on the machine & told them that. They messaged me back to ask for my Address & Order # & sent me a BRAND NEW COMPLETE with the 2 inserts Machine in 5 days. I was over joyed because this press is absolutely perfect for 24-25-30 oz tumblers that I do a lot of. Ive never had an issue with scorching or ghosting. And now it is only $104 instead of $199. You get a great detailed manual with it also & of course the fabulous Customer Support. This is a 24 oz Water Bottle Tumbler I just made, one of my favorites

Beautiful color but I hadn't had a chance to use it. It's been more than 30 days since I ordered it and passed the return window. The machine does its job, but it smells horrible; the odor is very strong. 😞 I don't know if that's normal because I used an oven to sublimate
