  • Assembly was not difficult , but tedious.
Size: 9'W x 13'L x 6.5'H
This will be used for our Turkeys at night for predator protection. We drooped each wire section 6 " belong the bottom part of the frame for attaching down into the ground. There is more than enough wire to do this! Entire time taken from start to finish was about 7 hours with two people. We did a portion each day until finished. I also drilled and bolted 4 more 1/4" x 2" bolts to each corner of the door as it wanted to twist if pushed on at bottom corner. We will be adding a 3ft. high X 1"x1" extra fence belt all the way around the bottom for added protection. You will definitely need 4 to 5 times more zip ties than provided which adds to sturdiness! Instructions need to provide assembly "tips" to make things quicker and simpler ! i.e. chicken wire measuring and cutting. The chicken wire is easy to handle , but seems thin gauged. Overall, I'm good with the purchase. ... show more

  • Good shelter
Size: 10’ W x 6.6’ L x 6.5’ H
The shelter is a good starting point. The structure is very thin chicken wore that you cut and attach to the poles with zip ties they provide. Its a great cheap solution to an immediate need, but over time the zips are gonna pop. My girls have already figured out how to squeeze past the wire when the zips are more than a couple of inches apart. The gate latch is hard to work sometimes. Overall I would highly recommend. ... show more

  • Works so far…
Size: 9'W x 19'L x 6.5'H
The media could not be loaded. Had a couple cooper hawks killing our silkies. The pen works pretty good, prevented at least one attack. Light duty for sure, but strong enough to keep the hawks out. Would rather let the chickens free range again, but live birds > dead birds. Assembly was easy, instructions kind of vague. Double check the way you are assembling, or you will be reassembling later. Stretching the chicken wire is probably a lot easier with two people. I would also suggest getting a pack of 1” Teks self tapping screws for the door. If not, the door will come apart eventually. The bolts and nuts are poor quality and you will break a few, so keep that in mind. I also got 1/2” mesh wire for the bottom perimeter to keep chicks from running out the wire. Given everything I am giving it 4/5. Thanks ... show more

  • Reasonable value for the price.
Size: 9'W x 19'L x 6.5'H
Went together well. Not quite as heavy duty as I'd like to see. The shade cloth is worthless. Tore up in first rain storm we got. Doesn't let water through which would benefit the ground underneath. Door & latch are rather flimsy & latch troublesome. Not engineered to open smoothly. Catches & jams a lot. We used one of these to keep squirrels & coons out of our raised beds. Included zip ties for wire are worthless. Best to buy & use sturdy black ones that are UV protected and last more than a few weeks in the sun. Instructions aren't as clear as they should be & only some of the braces marked. A little common sense & thought will get you through. ... show more

  • Roomy for chickens
Size: 9'W x 13'L x 6.5'H
I had to reinforce the perimeter with stronger chicken wire and bury some of it to keep critters and dog from digging under. I ended up buying an extra tarp for the half roof that didn't have a tarp because of the crazy rain we've had. The door latch is a big pain to open and shut. Looking into buying something else for door. My yard is fenced in where this is kept so my 5 chickens are safe enough. Wasn't bad to put together, check directions if it's not working, we misplaced the side pieces but figured it out and fixed it. We might have to put the coop on outside and staple fence to it to give chickens more room. Going to try letting them out soon to free range as long as dog is inside. I liked the fence, good buy, big sticks fit in the 2 fence sides ok for roosting. Making a swing for them next in it. ... show more

  • Better than I expected
Size: 10’ W x 13’ L x 6.5’ H
When I first started pulling it from the box I was afraid it would be too light and flimsy. But as it went together it got sturdier. Once the wire was wrapped around it and secured I was surprised just how sturdy it is. The tarp that comes with it is very light and I don't expect it to last the year, mostly because we get a lot of wind on our hill. I wrapped another heavy tarp on and around the one end and secured it down and so far it seems to be doing well. It is light enough and sturdy enough to drag across the grass carefully by one or tow people. I put it mostly together by myself, but did need help holding together the edges of the wire long enough to tie them together. I saw some reviews that said they had it together in a couple hours. It took me about 4+, but that could be because I was being careful about securing every point and used way more zip ties than they sent. My biggest complaint is the sharp points left once you cut the wire. But honestly, a few more minutes of work bending them down and enduring the few pricks along way wasn't too bad. I had one support piece that wasn't punched, but once it was together, it was sturdy enough to not matter. Also, I used way more zip ties than came with it, but those are cheap enough that I didn't mind using a bunch I had laying around. Advise to others putting this together: watch the direction of the holes when you snap it together. If you put the indented holes to the outside, the bolts go in better. Also, do not stretch the wire. It makes tying everything together a royal pain. The wire that goes over the top can be overlapped by an inch or so without any issue. Be prepared to need more zip ties than come with it, especially if you make the mistake of stretching the wire and need to stitch awkward spots together. ... show more

  • Serves its purpose

Nice large chicken run for the price. You’ll need to buy extra zip ties and reinforce the sides and the door. I’m very happy with my purchase.

  • Easy to put together!
Size: 9'W x 13'L x 6.5'H
Using as a chicken run!!! So much room and so easy to setup! Can be done by one person but would highly recommend having help! We will be adding support to the middle as we are in a snowy area and it won’t hold without extra support! Loving it so far! Great deal for price!
