It's a pleasant very light scent that dissipates quickly. Doesn't irritate my skin as others have, gives good volume and much better conditioning. It's pricier but you get a much better product than other cheaper brands. I'm completely natural gray and it helps with the occasional frizziness. Highly recommend if you're older and looking for a better volume shampoo and conditioner. I advise to rinse well after the shampoo and the conditioner for best results. If I don't rinse shampoo enough (with any shampoo) I don't get the best results and you do need to rinse the conditioner out well in order to keep it fresh longer and not limp. Very good products. I have used this product for a couple of years. I am an older woman with long hair whose hair has gotten thinner in time. It really works to help make my hair feel thicker and stronger. I don’t see as much hair in my brush any more. And I’m not allergic to it either. Have those issues with some products. Great product. TY ... show more

I love this product - it’s really helped my aging hair with improved volume, softness, shine BUT this is the second bottle I’ve purchased with a defective pump. Very annoying. Can’t B Not Y do something about this?

It’s an expensive hair shampoo/conditioner but really works making your hair look fuller & healthier. That said, it’s made more for mature middle age women’s hair, I wouldn’t recommend for Younger folks as the chemicals in it might work against your hair being that it’s younger and in time can cause harm than good. It works good with Alterna Cavier anti aging shampoo or conditioner in case your in a pinch & either one of these is out of stock. ... show more

The product itself is very good. However the packaging is defective. This is the second bottle that has a pump that does not work, won't turn properly to the "open" position. Not worth the effort to struggle with this in the shower. I will not buy this again

I have used this shampoo, conditioner, serum and mask for 2 years. At first it was great. Better than what I was using. But now I find the volume is really my hair is very dry. That’s how the volume is achieved. My hair has been breaking off and looks very dry even with the serum and masque. I have gone to another repairing shampoo and my hair is already more healthy looking and doesn’t look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. And it is not falling out.
