The only bad thing I have to say is you have to purchase your own strong adhesive. I placed it with the one that came in the box and it fell and cracked the top of the dispenser. So do yourself a favor and purchase a strong grip velcro. Other than that works great no issues.

DO NOT INSTALL WITH TAPE. USE SILICONE ADHESIVE. If you don't mount it right, it WILL fall off.

Was easy to install. I've been using it for about 6 months and no complaints. Stay well attached. Dispenses even my face wash with micro beads. Removes easily from wall for refilling. Looks great. (Parts are all plastic). I'm happy. Does the job. Would buy again.

Just got this yesterday. Good product, easy to install, decent looking. Wish it held more than 12 ounces. I don’t recall the product description mentioning the capacity but I may have missed that.

Basic: Pump works just fine. Sticks well, but use additional adhesive Looks great Don't use soap with added texture Detailed: Installed in our RV for dish soap. Our RV has the weird feeling backsplash that feels like matte finish. For this type of surface, additional adhessive is needed but not much. Some liquid nail glue, hot glue, or adhesive glue will do just fine. I used hot glue for this particular dispensor. Pumps work just fine and if your soap is a bit thick, just a but of water but not too much were it dilutes the soap. I do recommend to add a piece of tape to the top since it comes off easily. My cats are mistrivious, so they like to flip the top off. aif your soap has flakes, beads, etc then this won't work for you since it'll clog the hole. ... show more

    • Adhesive didn't hold
Have used Better Living products in 2 previous locations. Had to buy more as I changed residences. This time, I purchased the single chamber as an addition to the 3 chamber model I have purchased twice before. All was fine for about a month, when the adhesive gave way and fell from the wall. Never had a problem with the 3 chamber model adhering to the wall. But this single chamber (with more taped surface area) didn't hold and not only shattered in my tub, but wasted a nearly full chamber of expensive shampoo. Would recommend supplementing your purchase with more adhesive tape. Otherwise it was fine and looked great until it fell and shattered (ruining the shower curtain in the process. ... show more

    • Good, but mounting tape is awful.
Worked really well overall but after about a week the tape lost adhesion and it fell to the floor, broke, and spilled all the soap inside. I'd like to give it a better review but if it can't stay on the wall it's useless.
