As stated above, we were lucky to be home when this came. I even spoke to someone to arrange a date so it could be put in the garage and not left in the driveway. It was pouring the day it was delivered so thank God we were home because it not only did NOT come on the agreed date, it would have sat out in the rain till we got home.other that all that, the set is perfect for us and at a great price for a leather set!! ... show more

I would like to commend Betsy Furniture for outstanding customer service. I did get the refund due not receiving my shipment. Soon after the items were received. I have since paid now that the items were received. My understanding as the shipment was so late due to having been lost in transit and then found. Betsy Furniture worked with me the whole time. Now to say the reclining sofa and loveseat was perfect and truly lived up to it's photo on Amazon. So pleased with my two furniture pieces. It is easy to assemble, it is comfortable but we only got them 3 days ago, it is little hard to click it back the foot rest back in close position. It was shipped and delivered quick as promised.
