The price is very good, the appearance is attractive, and the mechanism works well. My complain is the seat cushions. They are very hard and uncomfortable. About the arm rests, they are too low, they don't serve their purpose. Nevertheless, I can buy soft pillows to use over the seats, and forget the arm rests. Update after 2 weeks: I purchased a soft pillow to put on top of the seat, but it's still not comfortable enough. The pillow cost me $40 and is good for only one seat, so if I want pillows on all seats, I would spend $200. Besides, I couldn't find the exact color. I noticed also that they don't swing, it extends straight, so your legs are uncomfortable. ... show more

We got the 3pc set. Came way earlier that set date, set to come 28 came the 12th. We acually picked it up a day early the 11th because we didnt want the hassle for the semi coming down our LONG driveway.. Delivery company we picked it up from was very nice, and did a quick job was there maybe 20 min. we got it home and assembled. assembly was quick and tool less. Comfort is a little stiff but believe it will wear as we sit on it.. arm rest are a little on the small side no real big complaints and happy overall with this purchase. ... show more

The chairs took longer than I thought to arrive. When I got them they were a bit smaller than I had expected. I love the way how they package them. But overall they seem to be strong, I will give a another update on it at a later date if it holds up. Putting them together was a breeze, very easy to assemble. No tools necessary. ... show more

I liked its microfiber material and it fits just right for our cozy living room space. The seats recline very far back providing great support back and leg support however its seats were EXTREMELY firm, something that I did not like about the product. I was hoping that the material just needed some time to "break into" but no, it retains its firmness. We just got our couch and recliner in and so far we like them. They’re a bit on the smaller side but that works well for our space. The recliners are comfortable and recline really far back which we love. They’re soft and attractive. We’re happy with our purchase. The only reason I docked a star is because it cost us an extra $200 for shipping we later found out even though it says free shipping in the description. So that was a bummer, but they’re nice enough priced and we were desperate so we paid it. It did take about 2 weeks to get it once it was shipped. ... show more

This furniture and company I would not recommend. Multiple delivery issues, to include the furniture being damaged. Received a small refund, but did not cover the cost. The furniture is low quality and already is having issues with closing in just a couple months.

Love the firmness. Hope it stays firm. Chair doesn't rock which is a plus (for me). Be warned that it is a bit on the smaller side. Wish they offered more color options.

Looks like a really more expensive furniture and is extremely comfortable - my family is very happy. Also our two cats doesn't really like to scratch it (but they love to lie on the loveseats). Good choice for a tv room.
