UPDATE: July 2023 - Although Amazon was still really no help at all with my situation outlined below, Bestway did reach put on several occasions to assist. They offered to send a replacement, but I let them know I was only missing a few parts and had only 1 part damaged. After a few rounds of emails, they were able to quickly send me the replacement. So, I am updating my review from 1 to 5 stars for Bestway. Thank you for taking the time to rectify my issues. If I was rating Amazon customer service, my rating would still be a 1, as they were no help at all. ____________________________ Damaged plastic casing and did not get one of the nuts that hold it to the ceiling mount. I tried to get in touch with Bestway, their automated support directed me to Amazon. So I called Amazon. The product was delivered on May 30th, we just moved into the house and went on vacation for June. So this was my first free Saturday to open and install it. Amazon said since after 30 days, nothing they can do. I have been a PRIME member for years, ordering countless thousands of dollars on this platform. I asked for them to get me on touch with Bestway, and they said it was impossible. So, I'm stuck with a ceiling light mounted up high, with a damaged casing and a temporary nut holding up one side of it. Thanks Bestway and Amazon for the very unpleasant experience. Buyer beware. I ordered a different style of light and that one was fine from Bestway, but the kitchen pendant light was damaged and missing that nut. Sigh. ... show more

Only problem is one of the six lights has a cracked glass. Other than that they look good. Have not had the power on in the new house yet to see how they look lit up.

This light fixture is very nice, but the installation was not easy as their are no good instructions. When I was done putting it up I turned it on and was shocked to see that the lighting is not bright. I would return it but I do not want to even attempt to take it down. Would not recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for something to brighten the room. ... show more

The lights itself are pretty and beautiful but there was a problem I ran into when I was installing it. Inside of the metal box there's a thin black plate inside and when we installed it, the entire thing folded and fell off the ceiling. It was too thin to hold up and couldn't support the weight of the lights at all. We had to go to another store to pick up a piece that was stronger/thicker to hold the entire thing together. We did everything correctly and maybe I just recieved something wrong on their part but if you want to buy this just be prepared in case something like this happens to you. ... show more

I purchased two of these for my high ceiling living room. They look great. There are 3 colors options and they are dimmable. The costumer service was great too. One of the bulbs arrived broken and they replaced it for me. Happy customer!
