Pros: -beautiful brushed nickel finish throughout -easy installation on my vaulted ceiling -nearly 3x less expensive than local lighting stores for a similar fixture -comes with a remote (batteries not included) -can change the fixtures type of light color by flicking the wall light switch quickly (0.5sec) (some may consider this a con) Cons: -pendants are of poor quality, up close you can see scratch marks throughout and fusion marks where parts of an individual pendant are brought together to form the cylindrical shape -pendants are not clear and are a bit hazy Overall: This fixture is placed high enough on my vaulted ceiling for me not to notice the imperfections of the pendants without intensely fixating on them. If this fixture was placed over a kitchen island or anywhere near eye level I might be tempted to pay a little more from a local store. Overall they look beautiful from a distance and I am happy with what I paid for them. ... show more

UPDATE: July 2023 - Although Amazon was still really no help at all with my situation outlined below, Bestway did reach put on several occasions to assist. They offered to send a replacement, but I let them know I was only missing a few parts and had only 1 part damaged. After a few rounds of emails, they were able to quickly send me the replacement. So, I am updating my review from 1 to 5 stars for Bestway. Thank you for taking the time to rectify my issues. If I was rating Amazon customer service, my rating would still be a 1, as they were no help at all. ____________________________ Damaged plastic casing and did not get one of the nuts that hold it to the ceiling mount. I tried to get in touch with Bestway, their automated support directed me to Amazon. So I called Amazon. The product was delivered on May 30th, we just moved into the house and went on vacation for June. So this was my first free Saturday to open and install it. Amazon said since after 30 days, nothing they can do. I have been a PRIME member for years, ordering countless thousands of dollars on this platform. I asked for them to get me on touch with Bestway, and they said it was impossible. So, I'm stuck with a ceiling light mounted up high, with a damaged casing and a temporary nut holding up one side of it. Thanks Bestway and Amazon for the very unpleasant experience. Buyer beware. I ordered a different style of light and that one was fine from Bestway, but the kitchen pendant light was damaged and missing that nut. Sigh. ... show more

Purchased the light 5 months ago. It was beautiful. Then 1 day 1 light was not working. 1 week later all of the lights are not working. When I read the warranty it states 3 months. Mine has expired. What a waste of money.

Looks great at a surface level, but the matorral is clearly plastic when inspected closely. The bubbles in the bulb look nice but when the lights are open they cast very faint shadows.
