We have tried 5 different hot tubs. First was the green coleman one. Loved it, wanted a bigger one. So we tried the big 85 inch intex one. Hated it! Cracks on the material day one, and the key to lock clips on cover was a pain and didn’t work. 3rd was Bestway milian plus. Liked it, but ours had a defect. Next was the absolute worst. Avoid wave spas at all cost. They will not let u return anything ever, and they do not have a phone number to call. Lastly this hot tub. By far the best. The spa was very easy to assemble. We placed ours on our covered back patio. Once assembled we filled it up with water. It takes about 9 hours for the water to heat up. Once it was heated up we climbed in. I'm tall, 6'4, and my wife is a midget, 5'10. There is more than enough room in the spa for both of us and for additional people, we laugh about it because there is only the two of us. She really likes being able to have room really stretch out and move about, which she does frequently. She has a table that she places her wine on while relaxing in the spa. I sit on the other side and use the built in cup holders on the pump housing for my drink. I bought two air headrests to place against the sides. The spa is tall enough that we don't need them, there for we don't use them at all. I would suggest using the spa before you order the headrests, like us you might not need them. The spa really pushes the air and generates bubbles. It is very soothing and relaxing. It massages both your neck, your back, and your feet. We haven't had any issues with the spa cooling off on us, we live in South Texas. I will try and remember to update this after winter hits and it is freezing, like in the 50s or something (ha ha). The heat shield and the cover both fit like a glove. My wife didn't think that we needed the heat shield but it makes sense. The heater only kicks on when the pool cools down before my selected temperatures of 95 to 99 degrees, that's where I like to keep it. Utilizing the heat shield, even in South Texas, means that the heater doesn't have to come on as often there by saving power. I chose the Saluspa over the other brands because I felt like I was getting a larger sized spa for the same money that the other company charged for the smaller sized spas. The quality is great and I firmly believe that I got a great deal. My wife loves it and repeated tells this over and over. Happy wife, happy life! ... show more

Pump of spa developed a leak 3 days after it was set up. Contacted the seller and they had me take and send them pictures and then they immediately sent me out a new spa. Of course I was disappointed that the spa leaked, but that happens, and the company took swift action and sent me a new spa. If you want a large tub that’s easy to set up , the Saluspa St. Moritz is the best. The largest Saluspa by diameter, it has about 6 feet of interior space and easily fits 4 people lounging. Make sure to get bromine or chlorine tablets and extra filters - you change them every day and the get filthy.

We had an intex 6 person inflatable hot tub before. So far the quality of this seems better. Has a padded bottom. The latches on the lid are more secure and the lid lays flat and seems to do a better job maintaining the temperature. So far very happy with this unit. The Seller gets 10 Stars! The hot tub arrived in good condition and earlier than expected. This is one of the Largest inflatable hot tubs. It takes some time to fill. To expedite the filling and temperature, I used a hose from the kitchen sink set to the hottest temp & another from the outside faucet, which got it to 86 degrees while filling it. Note: It does take some time to get the temp up to 104 degrees. Keep in mind, this not a small spa!! During usage, it maintained the heat during a 20 minute massage without any glitches. Do also note that I used 1" thick padding blocks as a mat. I highly urge this as it protects the spa and makes it more comfortable. Love it already, huge improvement after having an intex which I will never go that route again. ... show more

Buyer be careful. Fell apart in 5 months then still under warranty refuse to replace told us to fix ourselves. The material shreds and will not hold air for walls. Very loud and bubbles are worthless. The company is impossible to get ahold of
