The media could not be loaded. I ordered the 9x12 in brick. It arrived in a box. It was very easy to unfold and set on the ground. The color is rich and very flattering for a warm feel. My rug is sitting under an 8 person dining table. It’s fairly thin so I wouldn’t call it soft like fluffy but the material is soft on your feet. It’s so light that it will be very easy to wash. Love this rug, especially for the price.

the rug is beautiful, but as many comments have warned it is a very thin rug. paper thin if i’m being honest. at the same time buying a rug from less than $100 you’re most likely going to be getting a rug that isn’t think. i don’t mind the thinness because it’ll make it super easy to clean especially because it’s machine washable. depends what you’re looking for in a rug.. honestly it could be pulled off as a patio rug if you wanted to put it outside. either way i like it and it’s perfect for what i need it for.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, I wasn’t too sure how I’d like it. However, I’m pleasantly surprised and don’t mind it at all. We don’t use our formal dining room unless we are having company. So we need something durable and easy to clean. This is it. The color is nice and subtle. Good size for our area. It came folded and I wasn’t sure if it would be hard to get creases out but that isn’t a problem at all. Laid pretty flat without creases. It’s crinkled a bit but that’s more because of the movement of the table and me not fixing it. I’d buy it again.

So this rug is beautiful and just as pictured, however, it is not a woven rug like we’re used to. It’s basically a printed, thick fabric with a nonslip backing. I didn’t expect it to be printed, I thought it was like a traditional rug but thinner. It’s fine for my purposes in a spare room, but I probably would have returned it if I had bought it for any other room in my house. Rugs.com has traditional rugs for the same price range, so I do think this is a bit overpriced for the quality difference. I suppose it depends on how much you value it being machine washable. It does come folded up small in a box. I got a 9x13 footer and it was folded up to about a 1 foot x 1 foot square. Also, there’s a card in the package that shows which washing machine sizes can accommodate each rug size. The 9x13 can only be washed in a commercial machine per this card.

This rug did not disappoint. The colors are perfect, the texture is perfect and the price was perfect. The only remotely negative thing I have to say is that I had hoped I would be able to wash it on a weekly basis but after seeing it, due to the size and weight and struggle to get it under furniture- that will not realistically happen. It is good to know fhat in the case of a major accident or spill- It is at least possible to wash it in the washing machine.

This is beautiful rug just as picture , very thin came folded in a box , it’s washable great with pets , has creases that is the only negative , with time should relax , going to get another one for the dinning room

I love the 2x10 runner so far, it stays in place very well with the awesome backing and seems to be easy to clean which is always a bonus. I do wish it was slightly more padded which is why I only gave it a 4 star, but if you're okay with it being a little thinner, this is a great product that looks exactly as advertised!
