I was so hopeful that my dog would actually go into her dog house. It took a wee bit of time, patience, and treats. On one of the pics I submitted, you could see it’s cloudy and drizzling outside and she found comfort and security in the dog house yayyyy! Easy to assemble. Make sure you use screws in package. It’s not very heavy so use enclosed stakes to add addition “stay put” security during very high windy times to ease your concerns. **Hazel is 35 pounds, medium build… the large house is perfect for her. I recently bought a product that turned out to be a real headache. Assembling it was a complete nightmare; it seemed almost impossible to put together. Adding to the frustration, there was no way to return it or get help from customer support. Dealing with this on my own made the whole experience even more irritating. The quality of the product was awful. The plastic parts were flimsy and easily bent, not doing what they were supposed to. The so-called snap-on feature didn't work as advertised. It was so disappointing that I had no choice but to toss it in the trash and buy a replacement from a different brand. In the end, I regret spending my money on this product. I strongly suggest looking for alternatives that offer better quality and customer support. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment by avoiding this product as much as possible. ... show more

The products is nice. However, the product came damaged and I had to find a way to repair it in order for us to put it together. For the price I paid I should not have had to fix anything on it. That’s why I am giving it one star.
