    • MUST READ BEFORE BUYING
PLEASE READ All: I Installed this roof on my two door bronco. It’s a lengthy complicated install which makes reinstalling the hard top EXTREMELY complicated. After the install, I could not open the roof. I called BestTop and they told me I had the wrong part, despite the fact, they assured me the roof would fit my model year when I purchased the roof. They offered no guidance on how to get the roof open, but did offer to send a replacement part that would fit. They also offered no assistance or guidance on how to swap the part out. I rejected their offer and asked them how to uninstall the roof without being able to open it so I could return it. They offered no advice yet again. I ended up uninstalling the roof and damaging it in the process, mostly out of frustration. I returned the parts to them and they told me they would not give me my money back, but would also not send the broken parts back to me. I remedied this by challenging the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Please do not buy this roof from besttop. Their customer service is embarrassing and the roof is a complicated install, making reinstalling the hardtop extremely difficult. Mine came with no instructions that’s nice 8 hours to install if I had instructions could have gotten it done is 2 hours called company than said ya that happens and that was it 🤬

    • Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I received this product as an alternate soft top for my new Bronco. It is very hard to install and requires 75+ degree weather the first time installing the windows. There are 4 design issues. The top does not go all the way back, so the OEM is better in that area. The opening for the first open position is larger than OEM. I would call that a positive, but the frame feels very weak and like it will break if you try to open by yourself from the side. Additionally, if you have a middle passenger in the rear, the fabric will sag onto their head when the top is back, So OEM is better there as well. Finally, after I installed the cabin noise when closed routinely reached over 95dbs! That as loud as a blender! It was actually a little quieter when open IMO. Ford told me to contact Bestop, Bestop said it was defective, but I need a receipt (it was included with the Bronco, so no itemized receipt). They also only got to that point after weeks of back and forth over email. I'm so disappointed that a manufacturer would put out this inferior level of product and then not even stand behind it when they know it's defective. ... show more
