Only complains is 1 of the "B" crystals was broken and the ring clips are really flimsy and while its my fault I over looked the fact that the bulbs are not included. It took me a few hours to assemble it, not difficult but time consuming and worth it, you can not find a timeless piece with this price. The instructions need to be improved, suggested to have a video posted along with the product pictures. Gloves were provided to avoid finger print but the metal ring of the crystal could hook on the glove fabric. I held the metal ring instead of crystal to hook on to the body. It looked much prettier than in pictures. It sparkled and had natural rainbow color reflection when morning sun shone on it. The price is a fraction of what I originally planned to order from Costco. One of the pieces had a minor chip which was invisible after hanging with other good shining pieces. I contacted the seller and seller replied next day to send me a replacement piece. It took a long while which was understandable as it had to cross the Pacific thru regular mail. They sent two pieces instead of one. I used warm white 6 W G9 LED light bulbs with a dimmer. It will be too bright with all 9 bulbs but using 4W will be too dim so I went with 6W and a dimmer. I am very happy with the purchase. Please note, the last step of instructions was to put on strings of smaller pieces of crystal to kind of circling the light body, I could not find little metal circle on the arm to hook so I just chained it to the arm and it worked. The instructions was double sided one page as shown the picture, which was minimal, a video would be much helpful.

I visited several lighting stores near my house before purchasing this… other chandeliers of this quality were selling for $1000 - $1500. It took me a couple hours to put together… the assembly was very simple, only a bit time consuming as each piece of glass was carefully wrapped. The results are stunning, it actually looks even better in person. I’ve received so many compliments. As a side note, the customer service is also great. Two of the pieces were chipped and the company quickly sent me replacements at no cost.

This chandelier has a lot of pieces. You have to add each crystal by hand. I kept telling myself as I was doing that I only had to do it once. It is beautiful!

Incredibly beautiful chandelier! The crystals are high quality and their placement is perfect to give it fullness. I installed it with a dimmer and it works great. It truly gives a royal feeling to the room and I was happy that having it on a sloped ceiling didn’t take away from its beauty. Assembling it takes a bit of time but it’s worth the work. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase

I wanted a fast & flashy update to a boring and rarely used home office, so my budget was much lower than for a dining or living room remodel. Still, I probably should have just paid up for a higher quality fixture. It’s up now - and after the sweat equity involved in that, it’s not going back - and it looks fine, if not exactly as advertised. Two major issues: the crystals pictured at the top of the chandelier should hang from little loops that are missing from my lamp. This defect was not obvious when I was assembling the arms. It only became apparent once I’d installed the fixture in the ceiling and began hanging the crystals. The pack of “A” crystals was included in the box, but there’s no way to hang them. After I got over this and decided I could live without them, I began hanging the “B”s. Half of these go through small loops and half through holes on the arms. This is a tedious but not super difficult task, UNLESS some of the holes aren’t drilled through! I had the right dremel bit for this, but come on, that’s asking a lot of your consumer to DIY. The “C” crystals are the worst to wrangle on, but they add a lot so get your auxiliary light and your reading glasses, and keep going. If you decide to go with this one, inspect the arms carefully before assembling the body. Make sure that for every place you need to install one of the... 90? crystals by hand, there’s a corresponding hook or hole. If you care about energy use, check out LED G9s - I find them too ugly for this application, and I would probably not buy a G9 fixture again since halogen is hot, inefficient, and not super long-lived. A minor beef, noted in the title, is that if you’re choosing this fixture based on price, know in advance that G9 bulbs are $7.50/ea - add the dimmer switch (in fairness, possibly needed for anything with this much candle power) and I spent $100 over purchase price to complete the installation. Ending on a positive note, they included a pair of cotton gloves for handling the hardware and crystals. That was a nice touch at this price point!

I love this chandelier! It is beautiful. The pics don't do it justice. My husband assembled it so I can't really say if it was hard. Mostly tedious. Very great value.
