The honey extractor arrived quickly and had all the pieces that assembled pretty well. The motor had a nasty sound until I saw that the protective case had been pushed down and was touching the fan. Once that was corrected it worked good, and very quiet. The two top lids are not centered well but do the job.

Excellent spinner for the money a very good value I just used it and it worked perfect. Just like most Spinners though the five gallon bucket does not fit in the spigot so you either have to make a frame for it or put blocks under the legs which is what I did. I would have given at five stars if the bucket fit it probably deserves five anyway

It says: "And the adjustable height fits your different needs." I see no way that its height is adjustable. After spinning out the frames, I have to place the extra on something in order to get a 5 gallon bucket underneath the spigot.

The product looked quite rattled in the box packaging. The styrofoam was badly damaged. There were no instructions for assembly included. Does not give confidence that the machine will actually work.
