ZERO STARS NOT A CHOICE! BUYER BEWARE! JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK!!! ENJOY MY VIDEOS! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! NOWHERE in the description does it say that your bed is built from pressed material right next to the hinges that hold it together, the hinges that require strength to operate. Your average Murphy bed buyer has the bed for emergencies or rare guests. This is a joke, a $900 joke, flat-packed garbage that requires a pro to put it together. The red flag goes up when something flat-packed from some wood is $299, NOT $900. I'm not an idiot folks, not my first rodeo here. The first time I pulled it out 2 days ago, It split. This was meant for an AirBnB, but it will never be used. It's garbage and I now have to pay to remove it. It's very heavy because of the base, which may or may not be pressed material also. I don't know. It does not matter. The piece that matters, THATBTAKES PRESSURE AND STRESS "IS MADE OUT OF PAPER" Can you imagine allowing strangers to use this? IMPOSSIBLE. The product needs to say that it is made from inferior materials and will not stand up to normal use. This product is defective from the minute it gets to your home. I took a couple weeks to hire a professional to put it together. Therefore 35 days was TOO LONG to request a RETURN. Yes, I am being serious. I was denied a return on a large "put together yourself item" after 35 days. I just bought the mattress last week so I clearly have not used the item . This company is dishonest and I pray that this review does far more damage to them than the 80% refund I requested to go away. I'm already out the mattress and the professional installation, now disposal is in my future. PLEASE TELL PEOPLE WHAT THE IMPORTANT PIECES ARE ACTUALLY MADE OF!! ... show more
