Look great and very deep and comfortable but after just a few weeks of having and only sitting in a handful of times 4 out of 6 chairs are starting to unravel. So disappointing because I love how they look!

I love the look of these chairs, but disappointed comfort level. Definitely need a back cushion and resting you arms on the arm rest is kind of itchy from the material its made from.

Quality is just ok. The base/legs are not heavy so when I try to climb in these GIANT chairs, they tip. These chairs are big and seat seems comfy but I am 5'1" and I feel like a baby in a high chair. My legs arent even close to the leg rest bar. But they are pretty chairs.

I purchased 4 of these bar stools (Best Choice Products Set of 2 Woven Wicker Swivel Bar Stools) in September 2022. They have only been used for about 4 to 5 months as they were put away for the winter (we live in Ohio) and they have received very light use (we have no children and not many guests) for the time that they were being used. One of the chairs woven wicker ropes has completely let loose and is unwinding. It is no longer providing side support nor does it look nice. There is no way for me to fix this as it appears the rope was tied in place and just loosened over time. The overall quality is poor and I am concerned about the longevity of all of the bar stools because they are all built exactly the same. The manufacturer has responded to my inquiry saying that they only provide a 60 day refund/return policy so there is nothing they will do to make this right. I wish I would have bought a normal wicker bar stool (instead of opting for something more stylish) that would have held up for 10 years or more. See attached pictures.

I got this set and the set is so great and by now swivel so smoothly. My balcony get sun almost all day and they chairs looks like new 4 months after.

Very nice. Very tall, so make sure you measure them. I ended up not using the base feet for the bottom so they could tuck under the counter
