Love the cup holders and it was really easy to put together. The instructions was like one sheet because of how easy it was. The pillows inserts into the couch like the head rest in the car, instead of velcro, which I love because it’s perfect to lay on. And easy to take it out, if needed. I live in a small apartment with limited storing space and was looking for something that I can use not only for seating but also to have an extra bed. Likes: * Size, it’s about 5.5 feet and fits just fine in the small space I have. * back is low (hits the bottom of your shoulder blades) so it doesn’t block the view if you are behind. * easy to put together, but you’ll require an extra set of hands to flip it over. * material feels good Dislikes: * very hard seat, can’t seat for longer than half hour. * the middle seat it’s very uncomfortable that’s where the 2 cushions meet and the seams are extra hard. * as a sleeper, the middle where the 2 cushions meet it sticks out making it uncomfortable to lay, did I mentioned that it’s very hard. * definitely not for a person how’s over 5’5” as their feet will dangle. If you are going to use it for the occasional entertaining and just need to seat for 10-20 minutes then this is the piece for you. ... show more

The futon looks nice but it is hard as a board with no cushion. Uncomfortable to sit in and even worse to recline. If it were easy to take it apart and return to the seller, I would.

At first seemed okay, but now almost 2 months later, it is falling apart. Legs are wobbly and cushioning is thinner. Contacted seller since Amazon return window closed. Seller has 60 day return window. Hopefully they are great. Will update.

Haven’t even had couch a month yet and the support is completely gone in the cushions. You can feel the springs, and the seats are very flat now. Couch was barely used.
